    MIROSLAV, Thank you so much for posting this video. With no previous coffee machine experience, I was able to easily follow your instructions and replace our boiler valve. Our machine now makes better coffee than it has in years! - Thank you.

    THANK YOU, Miroslav! We have a Vienna Plus (a little different than the Vienna) but were able to fix our problem thanks to your video!

    Your video is very easy to follow so thank you. Before I order a new boiler valve, I would like to ask this question:
    With the boiler valve still in place, I can move the spring-loaded part. Does this mean anything or do I likely still need a new boiler valve? My problem is identical to
    John Gregson's video where water goes to frother but no water to coffee. I just replaced the pump and now get water at the frother, but still no water to coffee. (I think my son ran it without priming it.)
