A lot of unnecessary disassembly done here. You can take the brake caliper and mounting bracket off as an assembly. There's also no need to remove the upper control arms at all. Also, you can get the hub assembly as a complete unit. I can't understand why people work harder than they have too.

The tensioners are operated with oil pressure. Without the engine running the tensioners do not necessarily press on the chain.

Thanks to this video today I was able to make the ac work on a 2014 a4. Previously the ac would work sometimes when the car turned off, would turn off after hitting any bumps or when going over railroad tracks. Now the vehicle ac works in all terrain today which has been a problem these last 2 months. Costed me $100 for the blower motor on autozone but is better than paying $350 at a shop!

Btw it's best to preload the upper control arms before tightening so the bushings don't wear out faster

what inch piping did you replace the mufflers with?

How did you discover the flange leak? Im looking into the "Engine Coolant Outlet Flange" as my issue, as I already replaced thermostat and leak appears to be in the area of the flange. Leaks can be seen dripping around and down backside of alternator. Thinking of torquing bolts on flange first, to see if that resolves it. Thanks
