F. Chopin | Ballade No.4 opus 52 played by A.V. Koskinen
We found an old recording of Chopin's 4th ballade recorded by the maestro Koskinen probably in the 1940s, before he started drugs in the 1950s. We can see how the maestro played piano. Anything else to say, this piece talks by itself enough.

During the summer of 1995, Willy V was very fond of chewing gum, and in large quantities. One day, he grabbed the wrong gum and took one of the master’s nicotine tablets, which got him hooked on the substance. From then on, Koskinen had to buy packs of tobacco for the pig, as he would become very violent if he didn’t. This was the reason why many of Koskinen’s musical scores no longer exist tod...
The very first video of the 2025 | "Happy fractal year" A.V. Koskinen (12/20/1982)
มุมมอง 169หลายเดือนก่อน
Master Koskinen passed away in 2001. However, during the 1980s, he showed great interest in mathematics, geometry, arithmetic, and numbers in general. It was because of this fascination that he realized the year 2025 would be a very special year, as certain mathematical operations resulted in this number. This is a phenomenon that happens every 1,000 years, making 2025 the closest one to his ti...
AI animals will exist someday | "Pigborg 2000" by Koskinen (2000)
มุมมอง 105หลายเดือนก่อน
At the end of the year 2000, Willy XII left Master Koskinen’s home to stay with another owner for a week. As a result, the master nicknamed him “Willy XII the Unfaithful,” feeling as though his pet had “cheated” on him with someone else. During that week, while Willy was away, Master Koskinen came up with the idea of creating a robotic pig that would never betray its owner. He even contacted so...

มุมมอง 273หลายเดือนก่อน
In the winter of 1999, Willy had a cough, which maestro Koskinen had also. So during those sick days, the maestro recorded himself sneezing and also wrote a poem that makes easier to understand this music. When he finished the piece, he said to his friend George Cowell: "This is probably the worst piece a human wrote in the whole history of music". Cowell agreed. The image included is a paintin...

มุมมอง 2032 หลายเดือนก่อน
In November 1980, Maestro Koskinen had several pets, one of which was a small bird he used to conduct various experiments with the musicality of the little creature. Koskinen loved his bird very much. The only problem was that this animal suffered from mental issues and frequently heard voices. Because of this, the great Maestro decided to compose a four-voice fugue inspired by the four voices ...

Just before going to sleep, Maestro Koskinen used to give a goodnight kiss to his beloved friend Willy I. However, Willy often refused and would start growling. The recording we are sharing captures the final night of Willy I's life, before he was cut into pieces and distributed among the neighbors of the building where the great maestro lived in New York. This piece was composed simultaneously...

He took inspiration from some of his works to do this masterpiece. In 2003 Master Aleksandr Seljaaju (1956-2003) recorded this piece, one month before he died. In the summer of 1981, after a few months of mourning following the death of Willy I, Master Koskinen decided to adopt another pig at his home, which he also named Willy, but this time it would be Willy II. Etude Nº11 (1997)
มุมมอง 2.3K5 หลายเดือนก่อน
This remains as one of Koskinen's most mysterious compositions. We have little to no context about it or how to perform it properly. However, this tells us about the good friendship Miyazaki and Koskinen had and that the Ghibli genius knew about Koskinen's stories with the Willy dynasty. It is believed that "Porco Rosso" was directly inspired by the flight of Willy I to Finland right before it ...

Der Dichter Spricht!!!!!!
Why he kinda...
Alkan would be jealous of this etude.
I heard that the score for Koskinen's opera, David's Bottle is still out there... I'm working on a reconstruction of the overture.
Was the accompanying art drawn by koskinen himself?
An incredible masterpiece. The length of the piece says nothing about its complexity.
Masterpiece
Not bad but I prefer the 1993 recording under Boulez
Why the sadistic double flats.
I have no oats, and i must scream...
Is Willy OK😱😱
really good stuff, reminds me a lot of Dr B
Mucho mejor, y más inteligente que muchos temas de reguetón 😊
Pretty good
"plof" truly one of the
This is the BEST composition in music history
Delightful!
This is oddly haunting in like a good way
never have i seen such perfect in a piece
Good night forever, Willy. May you Rest In Peace.
he experimented so thoughtfully
Wish I could’ve met the man… musical mastermind
I’m not even sure he’s real, but I the case that he was, I would agree!
Given infinite monkeys on an infinite number of music sheets, they will almost surely reproduce any work of music, including all the Beethoven symphonies and more.
unironically the 4th piece is incredibly sad and hearfelt. what a loving tribute to "Alexander Seljaaju"
ironically this is a good fugue maybe for string instruments though
Im not sure what to make of this.
Wonderful
My god, how great limerence feels. Or actually, you are my god. My Dulcinea. I would die for you, so I would reach eternal bliss. Ecstasy. You & I, in Valhalla. Together, uninterrupted, in total peace. A bliss so perfect, that it makes me want to cry. Nothing in this world can make me cry but you. Tears of joy, tears of sadness, I don't care, because both would mean that you're impeccably fair, fairest of them all. Your eyes are my gate to heaven, I just want to stare at them forever. Combined with your smile, it adds one Knuth's up-arrow to my euphoria. It's literally uncountable. When you die, I want to die with you, it would be the most perfect thing. I can't live without you. My deepest desire is to cry because of you. To stab me from the inside. It's the greatest feeling one can have. Thine till death, Alone to my only Dulcinea La plus belle. Toujours.
Very nice
I cite the Ian Malcolm Exortation
Preposterous....
Masterpiece
and beautiful means awful whenever whatismusic123 listens to music
That's the truest thing i have ever read
I'm sure willy had a hand in all this.
This guy knew one thing or two about music
I wonder if the Pim Pams have any significance? I’ve seen them in the transcendental etude no.6 too. Hmmm….
I assume it’s an articulation marking
Fair point, that’s probably quite likely. I’d still like to have access to whatever records might exist of koskinen (fictional or not) to read more into it.
Perfectly nailed it! Might really be a piece by Webern, remembers very much his "Variationen".
Please tell me you have the PDF of this too…
Yes indeed!! We have lots of PDFs of Koskinen's works in our archive. We have some very kind people who help us with the labor of transcribing and copying the master's works. It's totally free for everyone, meant to be enjoyed in SILENCE PLEASE!!! So, please don't hesitate to write to the archive's mail. We will be very pleased to share with you the score of this piece free of cost. Mail: avkoskinenarchive@gmail.com
Plink plonk plunk. Very late Webern. Accomplishes what it set out to do.
Good thing its 4 am or i would have lots of problems now
Mmm I'm gonna show this to my first grade students to help them learn multiplication
I'm gay
It's 303 am
I'm still gay
I have successfully not listened at 3am
Truly scary..it gave me the creeps..the new thriller😊
Minimal music.
Based on the yelling, I can only imagine what happened to Willy I
THIS is great Music 🙈
Masterpiece, I wish I could get a CD of this musical masterpiece.
Is this a cover of the Descendants?
