A slight mixture of both, but yes i'd say i mostly work wet onto dry or just a little wet!

What do you do with the watercolors?
What do you mean what do i do with them? :) I put them into a palette :)
sht I can't do this IM SCARED TO PUT COLOR THAT IS DARK AND LITERALLY CAN MESS THE WHOLE FACE 😭😭😭Im too easily to freak out for that
If you're too scared to 'jump in' with using a darker colour then what i recommend is to do a practice piece. Draw a circle or example fill it with the skin tone of your choice and practice adding a dark colour on top. After it dries you'll see how dark or light it is, and you can keep doing that until you feel comfortable with the process :) You can do it!!! The only way through is through, good luck!!!
