I’m completely new to meaties, also learning Luke. I’m trying to do meaty off low sweeps and heavy DPs but I keep missing my timing and getting thrown or hit. What buttons should I be using to meaty and how do I time it better?

Honestly, my fighting game experience has improved drastically as soon as I switched from T8 to SF6, which is a shame since I've always preferred Tekken between the two

By the way, I have two small questions about what I saw in this video. 1) Is medium uppercut the best version for Luke to use as an anti-air? 2) What does it mean when you say that throwing fireballs "keeps the opponent honest"?
