Stevie Wonder number 1!!!
Ian Stewart was the roadie for the Stones, having been booted out by Oldham before they become famous.
If you mention Keith Emerson (first band I saw was ELP in 1970), then you should mention The Nice.
😍😍😍
Santana 1981 "Zebop!"--?
Same goes with Sparks and Mike Oldfield
Didn't know 10CC and Status Quo put out so many albums or who could possibly put them on any "best of" list 😂😂😂
Sadly the 70's were coming to a close and soon music would suck again.
And ABBA barely edges out Bowie. Thems the breaks, Ziggy. Condolences.
Oye amigo cual es el nombre de la última canción
Mountain! Golden Earring! Pat Travers! Brownsville Station...and last bnl BachmanTurnerOverdrive
no Dreamboat Annie?
This was alot of work...Good job!!!
Some of these songs are FAR from ROCK!
1976 ? 🤔 STATUS QUO "😂 "Blue for you" best record ❤
No 'Easter' by Patti Smith.
Thank you for including Styx' Serpent Is Rising!! Love that album!
No SAHB Stories!
me gusta mucho más Kelly, para mí gusto tiene mejor voz. ❤
Wow No Aerosmith Rocks ??? Are you kidding me
I love these lists. They put things into time perspective for me and help me make my own lists and playlists. btw-I really LOVE that last Mott album w Ian Hunter.
💚 I have cd green,i like yuo.
Was totally shocked by the high Heep rating.Or maybe flabbergasted is a better word. Bought it in the day but nothing hooked me--maybe I shoulda gave it more time. Never have I ever heard my friends play it or even mention it at all. Zep at 1 absolutely. I make playlists by years on itunes and 71 is by far the largest--a great year!. I think I'd go Zep, Stones, Who, Purple, Yes Fragile, Stewart - Picture, Mountain, Floyd, ELP, Badfinger, Kinks, Tull, T Rex. Joplin is nails on a chalkboard to me and I ALWAYS change the station. But yeah that's just me and I think you did a great job. My first concert as a HS freshman was Purple in Evansville IN in 71 and I was right on the stage. Blackmore broke a string and instead of the roadie bringing him another guitar he brought Ritchie a string, and Ritchie had it on within 30 seconds and was ready for the solo. After the show, not knowing any better, I hopped up on the stage and walked over and picked up Ritchie's broken string. Then returned to my buddies and sat on the edge of the stage talking to them. NOBODY bothered me. How cool is that? It was a laid back time!
Hair of the Dog by Nazareth, sublime!!
Blew ny mind seeing Razamanaz at number 10....wow! Speaking of which...I found a really cool Razamanaz tee on teepublic yesterday. NO---i am NOT affiliated---just sharing.
A great year to be a freshman in High School.
I didnt know Styx even existed in 73.
Thanks for putting in all that work!
Great list, but why, OH WHY, was the "James Gang Rides Again" lp left out?? ... but, a huge thumbs up 👍for listing Atomic Rooster (twice) and Lucifer's Friend.... I had all three LP's back then, as a Freshman in high school.... and, joints were .25 cents too !
Was that every album released in 1976? 😂
Great list! #35 is Venom - Possessed but you have played Possessed - Seven Churches instead :) Happy New Year!
Thanks, I've made a mistake! You're the first to notice this! Happy New Year to you too!
no1 spot on
Amazona is not on for your pleasure
Great list! Idk if you listen stuff in spanish, but another great one from that year is Artaud by Pescado Rabioso, peak of sudamerican progressive rock. For recommendation!
Молодець шкода що поціновувачів цього стилю стає все менше
@@РоманГалан-й5д Це правда! Дякую за коментар!😎👍✌️✌️✌️
Frickin love Sabotage.
THE ABSOLUTE GAME by SKIDS It's an absolute masterpiece (IMHO) is my No.1 from 1980...and is missing from this list...give it a listen.
Graffiti by a country mile.
Captain beyond are greatly underrated band.
@@racebannon2613 That's right 💯✌️
Very, very good!!!
A good number of freshman and sophomore albums here. Good to see Priest's, Rush's, and Kiss' first forays into legendariness! (Although I would have liked to see _Fly to the Rainbow_ by the Scorpions included.)
