Love that you put two awesome Manhattan variations together, but are stellar options for Manhattan fans looking to try something new. As far as a new bottle of bourbon goes, you can’t go wrong with four roses, but if you can find it I’d recommend the Evan Williams white label (their bottled in bond varietal). Super dry and very complex compared to other bourbons, makes D’or a great mixing spirit.
