Too be honest it all depends on the price they going to list it. The new version on the nonsuspension is a great bike for road and canal path gravel tracks and its less to maintain if you dont want to worry about a suspension system. But if you want a more comfortable ride then the rear suspension does take the big ruts and make it smoother. If I would buy one as a bike that the whole family can ride I would go for the non suspension version for myself as I also do mostly road riding and some smooth gravel paths. Hope this helps and good luck with the decision.
The bike is good and I have watched several videos and reviews. The only thing that really let's it down is the poor communication and involvement you have and the uncertain delivery times which can take months. You also need to be really well switched on and knowledgeable about ebikes as no dealer I've spoken to will touch them as they are hit and miss for parts and because they are not legal in the UK
Yes I have fed this back to them. They need to make sure the buyers know what the time frame is as most dont mind waiting but if they are told 3 weeks and its 6-8weeks then that is not great. They are all up to take the feedback on board. The parts on the bikes should also get better as they have setup a local warehouse where they can keep stock and parts. Also to allow for quicker turnaround. But this is new and should ramp up in the next few months. Parts on the bike is pretty stock and any bike shop should be able to service the bike. The only bits is the battery, controller and screen if you have the built in screen. They have also been speaking to other bike shops to stock the bikes but this is also still in progress. All looking good but still needs work and they know this. Thanks for the feedback.
@@Andre-Mostert People don't mind waiting if they are kept informed and given accurate information. They really need to assign someone to keeping the website up-to-date and for making sure that all the information is accurate and up-to-date and everyone is told the same. I have spoken to someone that did order one and was originally told 3 to 4 weeks that turned into being 3 to 4 months and he wasn't given accurate information or explanation for the unacceptable delays. He cancelled in the end and went elsewhere which is a big shame. I cycle already and have done for years and I have spoken to several bike shops and they have said they will not work on anything that's exported in from China due to the difficulties getting and matching parts and their business insurance will not cover them or allow them to work on or have none approved ebikes in their workshop. They can only work on eu approved 250 watt bikes too. I realise and understand their company is new and has several hurdles to overcome that's normal for any new business. Customer service and information should be their first priority as that will make their company grow with honesty.
Hi Andre. Great video. Would you get this one over the front suspension-only model for mainly road riding & a few gravel tracks?

Fully agree and this was fed back to them. We can only hope that it gets better as its a great entry level e-bike.
