    I put 3.5" RC lift kits on my 2011 Tundra. I like to use stock 20" rims with 35" tires. What size of wheel spacers should i use?

    ? Well, thought this video is to see if 275/65/20 will fit on a Tundra stock setup without any modifications, cuts, or lifts? You didn’t answer your own question from video 1….but added a lift to accommodate the tire size increase.

    Tires look small ... looks like you undersized ... especially since it's lifted .

    • @jmltube41
      @jmltube41 ปีที่แล้ว

      Nope. Perfect size for this lift and to keep from having to chop up the mud flaps, air dams, and exposing the fog lights. I have my reasons for this set up and if you listen to both videos it may make more sense.

    • @7sonero7
      @7sonero7 ปีที่แล้ว

      @jmltube41 Sorry man, but I have to disagree. You could have sized up without chopping or cutting. Especially since u lifted. You wouldn't have to have altered anything.

    • @jmltube41
      @jmltube41 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@7sonero7 you can disagree all you want, but you’re incorrect. Given the rims size, offset, tire height, tire width, and especially turning radius, any larger in any direction and it will rub and require trimming. It’s simple math and I’ve had to do this before so I know how it works. The goal this time was to keep it as stock as possible and NOT trim or rub at all. This barely makes it.

    • @7sonero7
      @7sonero7 ปีที่แล้ว

    I've been torturing my self with the back and forth on this - LOVE my tundra and the way it drives; dont want to loose any comfort or durability of parts like axels, ball joints, tie rods, but really want the 3.5 vertex kit. I heard there is some cutting of the stock frame... Anyway, do you notice any change in ride quality? also, did you ever run the 275/65r20's without the lift? I am doing tires next week, but definitely not the lift yet if I do it at all. Will they rub?
