can this method segment the renal vein and Renal Artery Stenosis?

i am not getting the surface cut module in the 3d slicer

the volume of the video is too less

I am trying to segment a hyoid bone in horse CT. Making a whole bone as a one segment isn;t that hard but I have problem with segmenting out the cartilages that interconnect the parts od hyoid. Island tool nor playing with threshold seems to work out and I don't feel that making it manually is precise enough (and is time consuming asf.) Do you have any idea how to deal with this problem?

What tools do you use to segment the colon?

Its extremely hard to hear your voice....and the words with th (everything) goes everysing with the accent...a bit difficult to understand.

However, the lung tumor are so huge that when I am using smoothing, it cannot recognise tumour from outside of the lung. I do not know how I can fill the holes. I'm a thoracic surgeon, and this is extremely useful for determining the segmental vasculature and airways, which we need to know when performing anatomic lung resections. Would love more videos like this. Perhaps more instruction on the basic functions of Slicer 3D would be good for those of us who are just getting started in this. Thanks for putting this together!

Just a small remark from a radiologist: you did only segment the renal cortex in die arterial phase. This means, you did only segment half of the kidney, because you missed the medulla. Otherwise well done.😀

Thank you for your videos. In version 4.10 i cannot prevent to remove other segmentations every time I try to overwrite them...in "modify other segments" "none" has been removed. Even trying "allow overlap" I cannot solve this issue. How can I fix it?

In my window installed 4.10.2 slicer , to do surface cut the fiducial do not act properly to mark region of interest, that means the button is not active. so how I can fix this problem?
