Thank you for this video! very informative:)
I am using this software to make 3D pictures. However, the lung tumor are so huge that when I am using smoothing, it cannot recognise tumour from outside of the lung. I do not know how I can fill the holes.
I really need your help if you know how to solve this issue. Merci.

Thanks. I downloaded the version 4.10.2 from the website which is the latest. But many of the segmentation options shown in the above demo are not available in the copy that i have. Am i missing something ?
