Organ segmentation 4.2 : Liver vessels

How to make vessels reconstruction with 3D slicer.
In order to have a good result, you need to have a good CT scan injection, with high contrast between vessels and hepatic tissue.
Used extensions:
-SegmentEditorExtraEffects
-Quantitative Reporting
-MarkupsToModel
-PETDICOMExtension
-SlicerDevelopmentToolbox

-CPU: i7-9700K (no overclock)
-RAM: 32Go
-GPU: RTX 3080Ti now, but when i did the video i had a GTX 1070

Hello, if you need samples to train, you can use the samples which are included in 3D slicer. In modules, type "sample data" and choose whatever sample you need :)
