My odo decided to put itself back to zero. Is this because of a battery issue? Someone on the Hyosung forum suggested this and I would have to replace it. How would I put the odo back to what it should be?

5 mm is bad for the tension, too tight. should be around 10 mm with a rear tire on the ground. with 5 mm you'll polish your rear pulley to the point that it will tear your belt. keep in mind. no replacement belts. Nothing aftermarket at all. No second gen front pulleys (out of stock all over the world). So keep your front nut tight on it too (with a 140 nm twist). If you hear a squeaking noise even if your belt is tensioned then it's a nut and the front pulley that is not tight. And yes, the belt will touch the side of the pulleys at a time. It's normal. Use a piece of soap, and rub the touching side of the belt. Some Harley guys are doing so, they are having the same problem.

Hi just wanted to know if the wires in the plugs you put on were thicker 12 gauge wire vs the thinner wires that are on the stock ones?

That has got to be the biggest load of rubbish with a video about as clear as mud. Not the faintest idea what that was about. I have serious water ingress issues but as I am not using aircon, i fail to see why everybody jumps to this conclusion as a fix???

The original battery is the rechargeable one. I've switched it to a higher capacity. 1.5mah -> 20mah. Works fine, but time is delayed. within 12 hours in like 5 mins of the delay, every day. Don't know why. Might be a low charge on the battery so the time works much slower (?) and it affects the time that way. Mine is 2007 ver though

This is definitely the stupidest way to replace the blend doors in any vehicle. Just make a path of leaking destruction until you get in there. Don't pull the pretty easy to remove dash like you have half a brain. Crazy nonsense anyone that would do this shouldn't be allowed to purchase tools at all.

It shows me f1 on the screen hasong st7. 2013 and there is no mechanic here who understands haysong and I always notice a hole cut in the water radiator and I fix it and it repeats. Hi mate, hows the RR holding up? Did you replace the stator as well? I look for information online on stator and RR upgrade for this bike, seems like its a must upgrade, just want to make sure that it last long, dont want to have it replace every 2 3 years.

That was a pretty good tech tip. I had a hard time releasing the front circuit/control board. Not as easy as you make it out to be, even by melting the solder. The metal bracket behind is bent over to grab the front plate. Other than that, the tip works wonders and I am enjoying my music player.

I have noticed a gap this winter on the frame where the two screws connect. Perhaps mine is loose. My bike has only 12k KM on it and it's not leaking so far. I need to check this in more details as this is kind of severe design flaw.
