Also ich bin 28jahre alt und wirklich technisch nicht auf den Kopf gefallen aber dieses Video macht mehr Fragezeichen in meinem Kopf wie vorher hab’s eben versucht aber hab es nicht geschafft musik abzuspielen eventuell solltet ihr eure Software nochmal überarbeiten oder nur ich bin so dumm aber ich frag mich ernsthaft wie das der 50ig jährige Wolfgang hinbekommt 🤣🤣

Należy też informować klientów że nie istnieje serwis pogwarancyjny dla intercomów w kaskach schuberth , jeżeli po gwarancji coś ci się zepsuje nie ma działu naprawy , lepiej kupić żonie pralkę mielle za te pieniądze nawet za 20 lat ci naprawią w serwisie

I have a Schuberth S3 helmet with SC2 intercom and my friend has a Sena Stryker (probably with Sena 50S). When we connect, there is a constant background noise. We changed many settings but couldn't find which one. One time, My friend received a phone call and couldn't answer it. Then when he tried to call back, I don't know how he did it, but when we reconnected, the background noise was gone. We tried our intercoms both paired with Bluetooth and connected that way, and we tried with Mesh. The result is always the same. That background noise is constant and it is very annoying on long trips. Once we caught a completely quiet moment, we thought it was a mode that was turned on and off, and I wanted to ask you. The only difference between my friend and my intercom application was that HD sound quality was turned on in my helmet.

Mein Helm wird im Sommer nicht schmutzig auf der "Styropor" - Oberfläche, sondern VIEL MEHR am und im Helmpolster. Ohne die Reinigung der Innenpolster ist mein Helm nicht sauber, sondern voller Schweiß, Hautfett und Staub. Die Reinigung der Innenpolster hätte mich interessiert.

Das Funktioniert so nicht! Wenn ich auf Plus drücke Speert der mir die Fernbedienung und blinkt rot. Es ist super nervig! An meine Helm C5 habe ich ein Haupt Teil mit Batterie was eingeschaltet wird. Anschließend Koppel ich die Fernbedienung mit dem Helm und dann geht es mitz diesem Video weiter und führt mich in die Sackgasse

Aua ich habe mir gerade einen Schuberth E2 gekauft. Das SC 1 Advanced ist ja schon kompliziert, aber wenn ich das sehe und höre. Der Schwanenhals im Klapphelm ist schon Sch.... aber die Fernbedienung mit den Miniknöpfen und einer extra Batterie. Ich glaube es nicht. Ich ich bringe den Helm direkt zurück und fahre weiter den C4pro. Das Video macht ja geradezu sauer. "Die Sprache kann man ändern" das wäre wohl das erste gewesen was er hätte machen sollen und er sollte das Wort "einfach" aus seinem Wortschatz streichen.

Hallo Marten, das Visier rutscht beim Schliessen schwergängig über dieGummilippen am Helm insbesondere beim kompletten Schluss. Mit was könnte man die Gummilippen einreiben? ( c5 2022 gekauft)

Buongiorno, posseggo un C4 Pro da qualche anno e sono assolutamente soddisfatto. Volevo sostituirlo con il C5 ma ho sentito e visto recensioni che dicono che qualitativamente è inferiore e ha delle imperfezioni sulla chiusura visiera. Visto che si tratta di un prodotto premium sarebbe utile un video di spiegazioni. Grazie

Liebes Schuberth Team, gerne unterstütze ich einen deutschen Hersteller von Qualitäts-Helmen. Aber der Kritikpunkt mit der Umständlichkeit des SC2 ist leider nicht ganz von der Hand zu weisen. Heutzutage kann ich mit einem 10-Euro-Bluetooth-Kopfhöhrer Musik von meinem Handy hören indem ich nur eine Taste drücke!!! Wieso ist eine Kopplung dann nicht auf einfachere Weise möglich? Hier gäbe es wahrscheinlich Verbesserungspotenzial an eure Technik-Abteilung. Ansonsten bin ich nach wie vor von der Qualität der Verarbeitung überzeugt.

Dear Sir, the TFT of my bike has two possible bluetooth connection. The first one is for mobile phone, and is dedicated to the smartphone (and the relative APP), the second one is "bluetooth headphone". My smartphone can support as many bluetooth device as I have... I have a few question because I have a few issues to set the system. Should I only connect my SC2 with my smartphone "as second mobile phone" or I also have to connect SC2 to TFT as "media" to the bluetooth headset option of the TFT? And have I to avoid the "first mobile phone" option of SC2 ? Thanks

Hello, I have a problem, the sound only comes from the right side of the helmet. the microphone side does not output sound. I wonder why?

Hab eine der Plastikmaßen an der Abdeckung der Kopfbelüftung abgebrochen, bin genauso vorgegangen, wie beschrieben. Ziemlich frickelig gemacht.

Problem in this custom fit is, that you have to buy a full set of inner lining, instead of separate pieces that you really need.

I’ve been riding with Schuberth helmets since the original Concept, and now a C5. Great helmet overall, but after 20 months, it tends to slide down on my forehead and is generally a bit loose. It is an XL/61. I will visit the local Cascade Moto BMW tomorrow to see if there are any options to resolve the fit, e.g. the cheek pads. Apart from this issue, I have zero complaints about the helmet.

Great helmet lousy SC2. Nothing works as per the manual. No indications of what is the fault. Manual is one of the worst ever I have ever seen. Stay with any other SCHUBERTH and add a Sena 50S. At least the bloody thing works. 😢

Also C5 ist mein letzer Helm von Schubert. SC2 system ist unmöglich zu bedienen. Fernbedienung schaltet sich nicht automatisch aus und wird leer. Menüführung ist unmöglich. Fernbedienung am Lenker funktioniert nur wenn die Fernbedienung am Helm aus ist. und und und

Brand new SC2 in brand new C5. I can get the main unit to say, "Remote control pairing." but the remote control never blinks after 8 secs or any number of secs (other than the power on red and the four blinks showing battery life). Any hints? brand effing new.

Wahnsinn, eine Neuigkeit!!! Da müsst Ihr Euch schon was anderes einfallen lassen. Uralt!!!

Wäre cool wenn ihr einmal ein Video über Pinlock Ein - uns Ausbau + Reinigung des Pinlocks macht.

Das war meine 4. Senna Freisprecheinrichtung. Aber dann leider wohl die letzte, die ich von Senna bzw. Schuberth kaufe. Die Bedienung ist ja nur für Raketenwissenschaftler handelbar. 😞 Und die Anleitung!?!? Alleine die Beschreibung, wie man die Knopfzelle mit der Büroklammer rausdrücken muss. Das spricht man von einem Loch. Aber wo ist das? Die Abbildung hilft da überhaupt nicht. Man öffnet die Abdeckung von unten und sucht und sucht. Irgendwann kommt einem dann hoffentlich der Gedanke, dass man den Helm umdreht und von oben auf die Einheit schaut. Dann wird einem das kleine Löchlein auffallen. Jetzt hat man die Batterie rausgedrückt. Sie fällt zu Boden. Das ist auch nicht tragisch. Aber jetzt will man die neue Batterie einsetzen und fragt sich, wie rum? Wo war plus, wo war minus? Die Anleitung gibt da zu keine Antwort. Mangelhaft (5).
