Downeaster in Portland
On September 1st, 2023, shortly after I visited the Seashore Trolley Museum in Kennebunkport, Maine, I went to the Portland Transportation Center in Portland, Maine to see the Amtrak Downeaster for my final catch of the summer, which was being pulled by Amtrak P42DC 93 and Amtrak F40PH NPCU 90220. My original plan was to go to the Maine Narrow Gauge Railroad Museum to see Whitin Machine Works 23 Tonner 1 pulling the Sunset Express trains, however, I soon found out that they weren't running trains that evening, so I decided to go to the PTC to catch the Downeaster instead. What made this catch more interesting was that the Downeaster consist had an Amtrak Horizon Fleet passenger car behind 93, which made this my first time seeing one of these cars in person. The only downside was that I couldn't catch 90220 since she was the other end of the consist, plus, for some odd reason, the train went back to Boston instead of going to Brunswick. Why this happened is beyond me, but hey, at least I had fun.

Trolleys in September
มุมมอง 4419 ชั่วโมงที่ผ่านมา
On September 1st, 2023, me and my parents went to the Seashore Trolley Museum in Kennebunkport, Maine to see and ride on their trolleys. This was also my second time going to a trolley/streetcar museum since my trip to the Shelburne Falls Trolley Museum in 2019. Two of the museum's trolleys were running that day, those being Connecticut Company 303 and 1160. While I'm not much of a trolley/stre...

On August 30th, 2024, I went to the Cape Cod Railroad Canal Bridge/Canal Junction in Bourne, Massachusetts to catch the MBTA CapeFlyer make its last runs for the summer season. Originally, I was expecting to see 1137 and 1138 pulling the CapeFlyer as usual, however, I was surprised to see that it was not only pulled by MBTA GP40MC-3 1138, but also MBTA GP40MC 1129! (The Cranberry Heritage Unit)...

Here's the second and final part of Thomas in Cranberry Country! In this part, we'll see Thomas and 2 a few more times before bidding farewell to them, meet Sir Topham Hatt (aka the Fat Controller) at Alpine Village, and get a brief look at the "Kids' Caboose" and Bonhomie, Hattiesburg, and Southern 2-6-2 250, as well as ring her bell. Special thanks to my dad for letting me use his phone to fi...

This would be Edaville's first Day Out with Thomas event since 2014 (which was also ironically th...

F40's at North Station

So, me and my dad were driving home from Boston and on the way back, we passed North Station on the highway overpass. Since we were stuck in traffic, I took the opportunity to film MBTA F40PH-3C 1028 departing said station as well as seeing F40PH-3C 1074 idling at the platform. Nothing much to say except it was a pretty good catch.

Sorry to hear the Maine Narrow Gauge Railroad Museum wasn't running trains. Hopefully you'll get to go back someday. I really want to go up there to see B&SR 7 run.
Same, I also plan on going back there again once B&SR 8 and Monson 4 return to steam.
Thanks for visiting (volunteer)
No problem!

YAY YOU FINALLY MADE IT TO CANAL JCt!!!
IT'S ABOUT TIME!
I might be heading here for the festival of lights in November or December (if Edaville's doing it), if you're interested maybe we could meet up there
I don't know about that. My dad doesn't want us going to the same places over and over again.
Nice seeing you dude!, ima go to the pumpkin picking train what goes to the beach on the left track of the Ellis. D. Atwood switch.
Nice seeing you too! Hope you have a great time!
It was good to see you again, Sorry if I ever like just ignored you or anything like that is just very very busy day
Good to see you too! And don't worry, I understand that you had to work.

Great video. Hopefully more 2ft railroads and museums start doing DOWT events again.
That would be so awesome! I mean, if Mattel can let Edaville can do DOWT events again, then they could do the same for the Boothbay Railway Village and the Maine Narrow Gauge Railroad Museum (mainly because those were the only two 2ft tourist lines in the state in Maine that used to host DOWT).
@@DillianTrainzStudios Exactly. Also it's worth mentioning that the 2ft Thomas also visited the Wales West Light Railway in Alabama.

If only thomas land was there it would be a miracle, but that looks like fun! Sorry I couldnt make it, but hopefully I will next year. Also, was Dino Land still open? Or no.
It's alright. Also, Dino Land wasn't open that day. I'm guessing the new owners are gonna give it the same treatment as they did to Thomas Land.
@@DillianTrainzStudios Eh, I didn't care that much for dino land anyway, but still.
Nice video
Thanks, Cam!

I bet that's what they were thinking. Absolute dumbass moment right there.

Nice video! I believe I drove by those 2 cars on my way to Edaville back in 2017
Cool! Speaking of Edaville, did you hear that they're bringing back their DOWT events?
@@DillianTrainzStudios Yes I heard that they’re doing DOWT events. Kinda surprising considering how much Edaville and Mattel hated each other at one point. Before you ask, no I won’t be going. I already went to 2 DOWT events this year and that is PLENTY for me 😂
@@BenBensonStudios Okay then Imao. Maybe Evan could someday go there again, considering the fact that he hasn't gone to Edaville since 2019 lol.
Nice!
