I remember I was in math class and we all knew 3000 bodies missing didn’t add up to a building collapse . That was second grade , the teacher was laughing at how ridiculous it was .
If you wonder why a guy who bats 226 with 27 rbi's and 60 runs scored received mvp votes in 1973, you need to realize only Ozzie Smith has a better lifetime defensive war. Mark's is even better than Brooks Robinson. Belanger received mvp votes in three different seasons
I was in 7th grade, ps/is206 south Brooklyn, 5th floor we had Health class, from the window we saw in the distance how they burned and when they collapsed we thought they fell over to the side because of how the dust looked. My pops was supposed to be there for a meeting regarding new contracts for the family plumbing company I tried to play it off the best I can without breaking down cuz I knew he was going to the windows on the world the night before he was talking about going there in the morning, but instead of my pops my uncle decided to go because they had a inspection at another job that afternoon with DOB and they were behind, it took 3 or 4 months for them to find him and that whole time everyone was sure that he was probably in a hospital somewhere unconscious or something of that nature but then they got the call and they said he was on the 3rd or 4th floor leaving when it collapsed, my mom came to pick me up from school at like 1045, allot of kids were getting picked up, then later day at like 430ish in the back alley of my house there were papers flying in the wind some were slightly burned and that smell of something burning. Also another guy died he was either manager or something at that restaurant and ppl said he rode the elevator down and back up a few times helping ppl evacuate and he ended up calling his wife apologizing to her that he wasn't going to make it home and as far as remember he was either stuck in a elevator or he said that the elevators were down and he wont make it, RIP to all and condolences to family and friends
Literally every person that saw the second plane hit, knew immediately this was an attack, and we are at war.
The coke was so strong it sounded like it numbed out his mouth it had to be really potent stuff
Does the presenter thing the pilots are blind or what
Even in the moments counting down its like they knew it’ll Happen
yes true it’s like they were trying to act stupid but we can read between the lines
the hijackers 😞
holy shit

Doctor said they don’t know… wow…
They got scared of his being THE GOAT in NBA.
Why was everyone so clueless when reporting this it was obvious it was done on purpose and it was obvious they were passenger planes propeller planes would never do that much damage.
It was the worst event,I ever saw;but, i never saw it, in person.
I'm still heartbroken because of the loss of life. I was at work in Seffner,FL. I shut my computer down, and the people in my office asked...what are doing? I told them I was going home to be with my family. They didn't realize that this was an act of war. 😢💔🙏
great game. staubach
The Bullets were the first Washington team to win a championship since the Redskins in the 40s!

Is this real or AI?

I miss Lefty!
I remember this commercial,it was either 1969 or 70,there was also another one featuring a Greenbay Packers player, don't remember his name though.
Was that a meglodon?
every major news network was truly abysmal at reporting what was happening in front of their eyes: just wow...
They all had the problem of more airtime than verified accurate information to fill it with. This led to a lot of repetition of what little they they thought they knew mixed with speculation about what they didn't.
It's like they are reporting blind
Didn't care about Len's name but REALLY cared about the caller's name?? And had to be told the address 12 times? That old fart better have been fired the next day.
Those reporters are ignorant. And that wasn't a sonic boom it was probably around 20,000 gallons of kerosene. it's not going faster than the speed of sound.
When they say clearly it wasn't designed to take the impact of the planes. No they did their job flawlessly the buildings took the impacts and it wasn't those impacts that doomed the buildings but rather the subsequent fires.
It’s impossible to guess something like a plane going in, as they didn’t calculate that size jet + all the jet flues and the fires. It reminds me of when they built the unsinkable Titanic, they were so sure it was unsinkable that they didn’t even have enough life boats on it. A human mind cannot encounter what unimaginable disaster can occur. How can you test something of such magnitude,it’s not like IKEA that test lounges.
@pudik2008 well they did take it into account at least a jet liner not to much smaller than the ones that hit the tower's and they did have a previous crash into the empire state building to consider when building it. If they hadn't at all taken the possibility of a plane crash then the towers would've collapsed immediately but because to some extent it was considered just not the jet fuel part they took the impacts and an additional near hour for the first building to collapse. Even though they eventually failed they were designed well enough to stand for as long as they did allowing thousands to escape instead of well instantly collapsing. So yes in a sense they did their job and it wasn't the impacts that caused their collapse but rather for some reason the unconsidered jet fuel.
@ yes I totally agree! I watched a documentary on how the towers were constructed/designed and it was really interesting. I do think there was a positive design that they made the towers collapse into themselves,if they fell sideways can you imagine the devastating effect that it would have on all of New York!! It’s impossible to calculate how things will play out in any "natural disasters". We always learn from history the positive changes that get put in place for any future events from reoccurring. But there was also lots of miracles that happened on that day.
Nice film. It really highlighted who Lefty was. He always seemed so out of place as a yee-ha southern country boy in the erudite D.C. area. But they loved him there.
Check out that _Iso-light._ Another innovation from Mislou!
It’s strange how many people who wasn’t watching tv said they seen a explosion and fire
English much?
@ enough to know what’s making sense here
What?
Well yea, most people wouldn’t have been looking up until they heard that explosion and saw a fireball coming out of the building
@ you could hear a plane that big come on now
no ending part 7?
Norm Sloan in a 3-piece suit, and Lefty in a loud plaid jacket? Was this a pre-planned stunt?
It's scarry we couldn't stop these jets. We knew they where hijacked but couldn't find them or stop them. What can we stop?
They didn't want it to be stopped
So, a bunch of self proclaimed medical professionals who don't hold any degrees in human anatomy, human physiology, or chemistry talking about shit not adding up in the comment section. LMFAO! Who needs to pay for entertainment? I can just come to the comment section and get my kicks for free. Classic!

This has to be the dumbest 911 operator in history. You can tell that he thought he was just listening to some kid who was high or drunk rambling on. How many times did he ask for the address? And how could anyone in Maryland especially in 1986, not know who Len Bias was??
Thanks for sharing. Any idea where I can find footage from the 1946 NC State vs. Duke football game?
Vaxxed?
When this happened, Islam became the most powerful religion of reality beyond spirituality
Put the 2024 one
The thing is that Cenks analysis is just dumb… obsessing about NH and VA… literally not tipping point states by any margin… completely ignoring the collapse of the Blue Wall? He has no business covering this. But yea the descent from cocky shit talking to panic and pure bitterness is of course amazing.
