That’s a great idea! I took a giant gold chain and pendant to a synagogue! There was a fella I met on the beach who lost it down in Miami! Took a few hours because where he lost it was nowhere near where he thought he lost it! He got it for his bar mitzvah and it was very important to him. All I knew was he lived in one of the multi-million dollar mansions on the water with his family. Lesser people would have kept it as it was probably worth 10k and he was filthy rich! But karma is a real thing and it will come back on you 10 fold! I met a Rabbi and he knew exactly who owned the neckless. They are a very close nit community down there. The rabbi wanted to know my name and such for the reward for finding it! I told him to make sure the kid takes that money and helps someone in true need! And I said if he doesn’t do it karma will find him even if he doesn’t believe in it ! So I hope he did the right thing !

The people that throw that shit on the beach are in my opinion spoil sports! They for whatever reason get to the beach late or whatever and the place has been cleaned out! So they go home and cut a few hundred Pennie’s into 4’s and throw them all over the beach! They ring up from a 3-89 due to the level of corrosion! So you waste your time digging them ! And because they ring up all through the gold ranges if you don’t dig them you could be missing out on a gold ring! I hope I never catch someone throwing them all over the beach!

Yes! That’s not the only thing people do! Lead pellets , lead spit shots if you can think of a material that will blast your ears off someone has tossed a bunch of it on the beach!

Thank you! Will do! I try to stay in or near the water this time of year because it can drop you fast! And I always drink allot of water and at least one Gatorade for the salts and electrolytes. It’s just part of it! Sometimes I just act like I can’t hear them and keep walking. Because what they don’t realize is I don’t have time to sit and have a conversation about the whole thing. Most of the time I am fighting low tide and as you know there is a small window to cover ground! Now if you’re smoking hot and half naked I will take a pause and answer damn near anything lol! Am I just wrong or is it the truth? lol And you are so correct people don’t realize what melt price is and most places won’t give you anything for the stones unless it’s a whopper! Where I am and I get near the water where the 1715 fleet lies they will arrest you and take all your gear! Bummer! So I stick to the recent lost treasure. It less hassle. Yes and no. Depends on how long they have been down there. And if they are quality glasses made of glass not plastic. Oakleys,ray bans and such are over priced polycarbonate junk! Coasta and Maui Jim are normally real glass and will take a beating. I have at least 15 pairs of ray bans that are not scratched at all ! They were fresh dropped in the water and didn’t have time to sink or get rolled around in the waves. Thanks for watching ! More great hunts on the way!!

It’s a so so hunt I think?!? I loose track of them. So not a pro! I know I lost at least 3 hunts because TH-cam failed to upload them properly and I had already deleted them off the hard drive. Oh well there is always tomorrow! My other video was 4K and looked like the lens got steamed up! It was African hot that morning. Usually it clears up!? Happy hunting happy 4th!!!!

It all depends on the waves and the bottom of the ocean! If it is dead flat I can get 24 and it is somewhat quiet. But if it is rippled forget about it back to 19-20. Thanks for watching!!! Hope that answered your question! ?!?

@@FlTreasureHunter No, I was referring to the summer thickness we have to deal with.... After three very good weeks, a nightmare began after the end of June.It's been at least four sessions that I haven't heard any decent signals other than alluninium and a few very deep coins.

Well first the sens of the 11 is lower in the salt. Also the 8” is very accurate in the water as far as locating the target. When you are in the wet sand and you pull a scoop out the coil fits in the hole without digging more holes to to see where the target is which equates to less scoops dug and it’s just more efficient. Time is not on your side so efficiency is key to a long hunt! With that being said I can cover more ground with a small coil than a heavy coil ! I don’t get worn out as fast on a 8 hour hunt. Which BTW most of my hunts are 6 to 8 hours long with no brakes. Just go go go. So that’s my reasoning and it works for me! Happy hunting and thanks for watching ! More great hunts on the way!!!

Not at all! Remember the core is turbo charged! So like a 18 with stock coil is like a 30 for the nox. It’s just a number that for salt guys is not attainable at max sens! Also all the machines less the Excalibur were built and specifically designed for their target consumer. The dirt diggers. We are an afterthought for them. I dig plenty deep with the M8 and remember I can get it down in the hole after a scoop instead of having to dig out more sand to get the same result. Happy hunting!

Like I said I can cover twice the ground and keep it consistently parallel to the ground because of the weight. Allot of people don’t understand that you can swing as fast or as slow as you want but if you don’t keep it level you can miss allot of small targets! If you don’t have a good swing and I see it all the time you will miss targets! Just like golf! lol

I do t think they were planting during the winter is when they always find allot of gold in the wet. They use bulldozers to pile the sand into a defensive wall and the waves erode it leaving behind the gold. As you can see now they are not finding squat! But you never know! Allot of them won’t hit the dry as it is too hard on them I guess. But thanks for watching I try not to get too technical just throw out what works for me ! Happy hunting happy 4th!!!

I feel ya! I will dig quarters until my arm falls off! I have no choice but to dig those Pennie’s because in my mind if I don’t then I just passed on a gold ring! And it happened to me when I was hunting with a friend. Actually It wasn’t that bad down there on this trip! I have seen it where there are hundreds and hundreds all over the wet and in the water. The locals hate outsiders taking their gold! They will throw 10.00 worth of Pennie’s all over the beach until you give up! And we all know as soon as they start to corrode they will throw numbers from 5-99! The absolute worse thing I have ever seen was someone took a load of Pennie’s and chopped them up into little pieces. It was awful as you can imagine! Thanks for watching !
