I can attest that Jordan Peterson has helped me grow closer to enlightenment & God. I have been running in avoidance from my insecurities and anxieties but slowly I am finding the strength to face them and overcome. I realized not confronting your fears digs you a deeper hole exponentially. As all things take time, it's a conscious decision every day to NOT fall into the negativities your mind plays on you. I also have been reading "Laws of Human Nature" By Robert Greene. It has helped me grasp a true understanding of our minds and the fragility of emotions. I hope this helps anyone who may be struggling mentally or feels lost. It starts within, garden your mind, love yourself, forgive yourself, be kind to yourself. Who knows maybe this is just my own affirmation manifesting itself but starting to be aware of your conscious and the mental decisions you make affects everything you do so make the healthy ones and reap abundance.
