You are extremely lucky, and thats a very stupid habit to ignore such a potentially life threatening problem with the spark arrester, if that came down in any wind, if would take your chimney with it and potentially the stove giving you merely seconds to get out of a potentially burning sleeping bag. Even If you were lucky and fast enough to get out, if it was still stormy and cold you could still easily die from exposure in those conditions.

that looked an awesome camp , you all did a great job on cleaning the bunker , and the food looked amazing 👏

I could live there no problem

Had one as a den in Shropshire. It was, awesome. Had a wooden boat in it. Us kids took the boat. It sank, with us in it, into a mine shaft pool we were always told Not to swim in. For good reason. Lots of people drowning due to to underground currants. The pool looked lovely The tunnel has been sealed up now and the pool drained, covered up and now a housing estate. I wouldn't want to live there

Be careful camping at Cannock Chase it can be very hairy at times and maybe best not to camp alone there. It has got a lot of history, folklore and many supernatural tales too but it can attract some very seedy elements in some areas. Keep safe and best wishes xx

nice to see a bunker cleaned out ! so many are full of rubbish and in a bad state of repair . They should be restored and kept for future generations as historic structures.

We used to have something like that in a woods in Runcorn when we were kids. We used to go in so far and get scared 😱😱🤣🤣

What a fantastic cause to clear out an old WW2 Bunker. Total Respect to each of you for your love of the outdoors and Respecting the environment by always leaving the campsite in a better way youse found it in.. I would have expected You to rate in in Kilometers per an hour. Did You use miles per an hour for the sake of TH-cam? Or is that normal for You?
