@@PS2orDie best of luck man. The PS2 has probably the best and most diverse library to enjoy at least. Maybe PS1 but some of the PS1 graphics are hard to go back to.

@PS2orDie Yes. But I didn't finish it. I got to the part where I had to escort a person on a bridge and I just never finished the game.

@PS2orDie I kept cleaning the disk and trying again on that ugly sucker but it was the same everytime. I did get another copy but I haven't attempted it again 🫣 I have all of the Onimusha ps2 games and will play them someday. One copy of Dawn of dreams I got off ebay had Warlords in it instead 🤣

If you like RPG’s this game is totally worth it!

To be honest I forgot about that movie a year after we bought it, i wouldn’t have even looked for it in game form. Sales had to be terrible

The reboot needs to be good so we can get remasters/remakes of the old games! Maybe just remasters…

It's a whole different game. There are shops, and 4 different characters that you build relationships with, and the combat is much more versatile and refined. I think that you'll love it. 👍 ​@@PS2orDie

Agree 100%, they are so worried about what they consider a sure thing for money…they just don’t make them like they used to sadly

I have no issue with emulating if needed , but I’m still going to work for the physical games. I have already emulated one game I had issue with once I received the disc, so there’s that! Randomizing would be cool, but I’m glad to let others pick the line up for me. Now I am interjecting bad games and also encourage bad game choices, and I’ve gotten a few. I’ll be doing several more soon so I don’t think we will be stuck with too many at the end

Just about everything. It's the perfect game. Story is amazing especially the end. Combat is great. Leveling system is my fav of all time rpg wise. Building up to the next weapon is prob my fav mechanic in the game. The soundtrack is the best game soundtrack out there followed closely by the first game. Characters are all relatable and even the NPCs have some sort of personality. And even with the repetitive dungeon crawl especially chap 8 it doesn't get boring. Then there's all the "extra" features as far as the, photos, inventing/crafting, golfing and fishing that just adds to the overall gameplay. ​Then there's also the nostalgia feature for me. I've played this game at least once a year since I was like 12. Just love it no game has topped it yet. @@PS2orDie

@ Hey I’m glad, it’s a great game! I know the speed I played the game didn’t allow me to really sink my teeth into all the mechanics, but it seems many find them to be great additions!

You think this one has a ton of mechanics just wait till you get to Rogue Galaxy (was supposed to be Dark Cloud 3). It's great as well but even more stuff to do no fishing or golfing though lol

Haha no no we all had issues playing, we were still learning! Especially the red ghost boss fight, I couldn’t imagine beating that as a kid
