Dr. Saliha Afridi - Do THIS To Start To Heal & Grow
If you're keen on understanding what looking after your mental health really looks like like, this episode has some great takeaways and practical tips to help you navigate today's fast-paced world. One of my favourite episodes to date.
I'm joined by Dr. Saliha Afridi, a well-known clinical psychologist and mental health advocate with over 20 years of experience. In our chat, she breaks down common myths about mental health and talks about the link between happiness, contentment, and the influence of media.
Dr. Afridi shares valuable insights on finding balance in life, why therapy matters, and how to spot and break unhealthy patterns. We also dive into topics like narcissism, the effects of trauma, and the pressures of social media. You'll walk away with a better understanding of personal growth, the power of facing tough truths, and the importance of lifelong learning-all through the lens of Jungian psychology.

When people become public figures through social media they should think carefully about the downside when things go wrong. By the way you should have both given a public statement before the divorce became public . I think he should grow up and learn from this experience and be honest so that others can understand the consequences of being social media public figures.
Seems u don't know much about narc abuse .

Story is twisted. Dig deeper for more accuracy please.
This is one of the most informative eye and soul opening interview to ever watch. Thank you, Tracy
The chances that they all say Focus is 0.000000000001% and to say they all say Focus at the same time is 33.3% as against 66.6% of not saying it at the same time. Focus is the lens to which you can gain clarity into how you become successful. Beyond Focus, there's resilience, constant education and self development, adjustment and adaptability vary from industry to industry. Nonetheless, 🎉🎉
We want this episode to be translated to Arabic 😢
Great questions and brilliant answers ❤
Lovelovelove Dr Saliha❤❤❤ Thank you for an interviews❤❤❤
This indeed was one of the most beautiful and interesting interviews! I am a huge fan of Dr. Saliha as she is truly a well of knowledge while remaining human but the difference here is that Tracy was very well prepared and the questions asked were deep and different from the usual ones! Bravo and thank you!.- ❤
This is all great (the community wellbeing vs western mindset of boundaries and self care), but how do you deal with parents who may have borderline personality disorder or narcissistic personality disorder, who are highly manipulative, psychologically unsafe and demand codependent symbiosis? When you constantly feel the guilt and a need to rescue or be a parent to your parent.
Brilliant!!
Thank you Tracy for asking such questions, changed my perspective. Thank you Dr Saliha. Blessings!!!
Lhaled Al Amori and Dalama both are always very respectful towords each other.. They don't say bad things about each other and both are moved on and happy on their lives.May Allah bless their kids.aameen
It's the amount of ignorantHatefulPeople in the comments is disturbing. It's his life, his decision. Let him share what he wants. Just because you don't like it. Doesn't mean you have to attack him, so dad
5 minutes into the interview the only thing more annoying than Khalids fakeness is the interviewer who keeps talking, like girl shut up let us hear his lies 😬
So fake! The way he's giggling... oh my God! He knows he's guilty and is trying to act.like hes affected. You can tell the difference between the attitudes when you watch Salama's interview. FAKE!
Two incredible women. Two real-life dreams
This is the first video I’ve seen on you two! I feel so connected and engaged. Great conversation and wisdom shared. I love this.
Is this an interview, or does it more like a conversation between two friends, where one is simply agreeing with and validating the other's responses? 🤨🤔🤔
He's just creepy
Nervous smiles...
$1.2Billion with a B....congrats.
What a disgusting host- emboldening this narcissist.
A narcissist never admits his mistakes. He was in love with the Indian woman while married. Period.
This is one of the most empowering podcast I ever listened to. Lots of good advice by the guest and she has worked very hard on herself and it shows.
ياخي ايش البرووود هذا
ياسلام على حب
A host pronounced his last name wrong, and a guest didnt correct her.
❤
Very informative video thank you
I let them remove parts of my body and regret it because I didn't know any better.
a great podcast from you , hearing the struggle and joy at the same time , gives a relief to us trying out our own path in this difficult and easy time .
Im so glad people that really care are still with us!!! Thanks
Great Podcast ❤❤
That belly laugh seems forced
Host should ask straight questions what people are asking & khalid should have given straight answers coz he have followers who are looking for facts.... but still its his choice to talk or not.
This is a waste for an interview 😅😂
To be honest, I’ve felt from time to time that there is something disharmonious about Khalid and Salama. They themselves mentioned they had issues before and almost divorced twice. There are moments when I can sense Salama has checked out and Khalid is just more focused on the online aspect of their relationship. I was shocked to find out they’ve divorced but I am not surprised
✨Maha 🎙️™️✨
🎼Nicely done subtle jawa🙏✨
This man is a disgusting lying cheating narcissist
👰⭐🎙️💕👰
The first sum up minutes are non sense. People who have obesity indeed don't exercise. Stop insulting people who do exercise and changed their lifestyle because yourself refused to do it.
Why did you get divorced? None of them have said anything despite the numerous interviews
He got some drake accents too ❤
The most absurd comment. The truth is boring. Are you being honest and truthful?
love salama ❤
😢😂
I am sorry to hear this i always love them both. We all have to understand that people and times change.i wish both a great life and the kids.❤❤❤
