Bonsai, formerly known as BlenderBIM, is an add-on for Blender. Built on the open-source IfcOpenShell library, it enables BIM modeling within Blender! In addition to being open-source, Bonsai introduces the concept of native IFC. Until now considered simply as an export format, IFC, the open BIM standard, becomes the editing native format of your modelisation, avoiding any export problems and ensuring full interoperability with any other BIM software.
