People constantly complain about the heat and humidity. Why don't they come down in the winter instead? It is moderate and rains very rarely. For example, it has not rained one drop in about a month right now. Every day, when you wake up, it is the same blue sky. Like all good things, excess ends up making you feel uncomfortable

Joe you were respectful and actually perhaps that gentleman was having a really hard time, but my belief was you were absolutely correct in the pursuit of trying to find the specific property he inquired about. Joe, I have no problems with responsibile owners and I enjoy watching your videos immensely, I'm sad this happened. Although pitbulls can be loving family dogs, there are cruel owners and also irresponsible breeders. I've visited shelters here in the Northeast where I live full time loaded with them. Please don't be unknowing that these dogs have in their gene pool aggressive behaviors, that's why they were originally bred. We also have a place in Delray Beach Fla, and see owners bring their pets in grocery stores etc which is illegal and not enforced. It will be extremely interesting to see Publix and other markets allow this breed in along with grandma's little Chihuahua. Sorry for the long winded response. Pointless interesting fact: Here is South Africa, those 'gated communities' are known as 'complexes' or 'townhouses' I know someone who will be working in Boca for a few months at a Country Club so I am trying to learn more about the city and surrounds to maximize their experience and gain some insight before they leave. This will be a life-changing pivotal experience for them and judging by this video, it will exceed their expectations by far. Coming from South Africa where we can't even walk to the shop alone without being robbed, this experience will be a dream come true. Thanks for all the effort that went into this.

the first floor and that vapor fireplace just about had me except for the small living area. the second, why? wood floors and going onto the balcony's is that step down. i'm a half cripple in a wheelchair. steps, stairs and sub-levels in a home are a turn off. penthouses that i have look at, on fooltube, have that step down onto the balcony. 30 - 35 million for a penthouse with an area that i can not use. i have been thinking about moving, some friends do not want me to move, but Texas, Arizona or Florida, but i do not want to build. one lady, just today, told me to buy a second home there. no, not at that kind of money. it's a primary home.

#4 makes Boynton Beach much more desirable because we don’t have the drunks and noise of those places like bars but we can drive a short distance but it’s not in our homes. Boynton Beach is great. Been there for 40 years.

I personally don’t care what cars people drive because most of the time they are just driving debt-mobiles. However, the thing that I noticed most on the roads down there is that the landscaping around the roads is just absolutely perfect. There are huge palm trees, well manicured grass, etc. it isn’t like other cities where you drive through them, and there are tons of potholes you have to avoid, garbage laying on the side of the road, weeds growing up between the cracks, etc. The entire area just feels better cared for than the rest of the state.

Moved away in ‘08. Having been a one of first owners in Winston park. Kids were first class of WPE. The school and administration were known to all-kids walked to school ok and neighbors helped neighbors. it was a wonderful place to live. We were surrounded by tomato farms. ! Lots of space. Lyons road was 2 lanes. And we could drive to Ft. Lauderdale in 15 min. On lyons road !!!!! We use to go to swim for free every afternoon at Tradewinds park. Where my kids could also play for hours. Eventually my son would grow up to be a lifeguard at the park. No more !!!! It was $1 to go see the Xmas lights. And not much more for butterfly world. Deerfield beach was free parking beachside. ! Of course now - it’s like ft laudredale. And that’s why we left. It may be the place today for many. But for those of us who were there first - it’s not ! But we got great prices when we sold - so glad all are moving g there. !😉 Yes it was safe - police were great - until we had a few bad apples ! Fire rescue was very friendly and knew so many. The gym was a great place to meet locals. The grocery store was public - and we managers knew our names. So enjoy. You missed it when it WAS GREAT !❤
