Some of this stuff would have fit perfectly on the music library albums of the early '80s.
Excellent!!!
Excellent!!!
32 December my birthday ❤
Thank you for uploading this <3
Excellent!!!
I bought my first space music albums from church van xyl when he worked at the local record store in my hometown outside Philadelphia .. that was early days for starsend and a few other shows on wxpn that played progressive electronic music,
Very nice.
What an album to end Saturday on thanks!
Great comp. Love the opening track - that driving bass and spooky riff. Makes me want to play along.
A lot "Last Ninja" Vibes in Marsh Fog, love it!
excellent: keep it all alive
What a powerful compilation, this one has plenty of gems, including a track by the famous David Prescott - cited even on unrelated books about history of classical music (that's how I knew about him, a pair of decades before having interest on this music genre). Listening to this was a terrific experience from the first to the last minute. Now excuse me, I need to "rewind" and listen again _ [inserts pencil into cassette's hole and swings the whole thing like it's a ratchet] _ ✏📼
Yay! Been looking for someone to upload this for a while. I have a physical copy but never got round to digitizing
Вспомнил Алексея Вишню, слушая это ... Хм....
Dude!! I've never heard music like this, this is awesome!
for the first time in my life i wish i was more fluent in emoji: i want the horn-fingered hand of der treuer Metallische Kultur ... ha! In 1981... NWODM ha!ha!ha!
auricle has a great bandcamp with this comp and several others--a cage went in search of a bird is one excellent one. thanks for shareon!
Outstanding. What a gift this channel is.
beautiful!
Glad you included Biomechanoid !, some of the best library music ever created
Marsh Fog is trippy...
Excellent!
Ah, the British touch... Unforgettable 80s... well not the new wave movement of course, the pure electronic sounds, instrumental and powerful. Thanks for sharing that one !
Classic. The song “Tomb Of The Tortured Spirits” which I discovered as my introduction to Ron from the rare compilation, “A Cage Went In Search Of A Bird”
Not heard anything from the people on record, thought i was listening back then the fall, the stupids campervan Beethoven doirs dead Kennedy, magazine mr John peel sonic youth they blue me away saw them that yr or next cloudy they played with firehose do like finding some of this stuff that what great about vinyl junkies and tapes heads

The reference to nand-gates in the music is prophetic
This album is a classic!💎
wow, wow wow thank you and ron!
Incredible! I've discovered so many great records through your channel, thank you for sharing!
Thank you for this!
Another gem from the 80s. English synth musicians were by far the best in the electronic music field, with a touch of sensibility German musicians didn' have.
It's like music from any 80s movie - action, detective, erotic thriller
the boss!! Steve Hillman...thank you :)
Thank YOU!
Thanks for this upload and the info that comes with it.
This is a fine album. Especially appreciate the track B1 Syncopes which reminds me of Brian Eno's Ambient 1: Music for Airports. Very soothing.
second track crazy similar to burzum - autumn leaves
wow this one's an interesting one!! nice album art work...odd mix!! The track called "The Reaper" has a killer synth sound...never heard anything like it!!
'the reaper' has a killer sound... hehehe.
Très bien, comme toujours. Merci à cette chaine pour ce travail
The 2nd track Kin Pin is some serious jazz funk. Reminds me of Herbie Hancock "Watermelon Man". Thanks much for uploading this.
Nice use of dissonance and industrial-ish sounding tones. An edgy, captivating blend of 60s spaghetti-western and 70s Krautrock. Thanks for posting this!
Thanks for putting this out there!
Oh cool I’d be interested to learn more about the AM synth. sounds fantastic and used to great effect here.
lolololololool i liked the eerier tracks a lot
