Well now it really has begin, we're storming the Malleus Keep! Look you can't make Scanlan a centaur and not expect horseplay, likely provided by an African Swallow (even though they aren't migratory) It's nice that Keyleth is like an honorary De Rolo, and Trinket! Poor boy needs to just rest, instead he's being sent out to distract Keyleth as Vex and Percy get freaky XD Imagine the irony if this made a sixth child though. I'd probably pretend to sleep if I was Grog too, there was awkwardness and tension in most of that convo, lots of unsaid things and attempted distance there, it was a lot less tense when they talked about their kids - though Scanlan could do more to be a less absent father - but yeah, awkward...at the least Pike can get it when she wants, so she hasn't lost it like she thinks she has. Chetney truly is the luckiest old bastard in Exandria and Ruidus, the dice gods will not let that man pass the veil! Matron probably pulled some strings with that one. Welcome back Lieve'tel though! Was worried we wouldn't get her after we didn't get Liam in the VM portion last ep. Hopefully she doesn't die this time around, but the Matron probably should've told her to remove the beacon like she told the Hells - since they didn't get around to telling anyone. Already taking a double dip in a Liam O'Brien romance already are we Robbie? Honestly I dig it, the hot and cold parallel plus the fact that Cerkonos is still peak makes it easy to like it, Liv sure does like herself a disastrous old man too, definite 'my witch gf/me letting her do whatever she wants' vibes, but a death goddess cleric instead of a witch. The history books may have to omit the whole 'fuck shit up' part, for the children and all XD but still a pretty good battle cry. The Flask AND the face Sam? Halloween has passed man! Let it not be said that the cast aren't morbidly curious... It's actually kinda hilarious though that with BH the cast took one look at 'Seth' and went 'Yeah, sure Essek' but as VM they completely forgot it was Essek and even pulled an insight check on them XD So many moving parts so things are bound to slip through the cracks. And Verin finally shows up, gets a brotherly interaction with 'Seth', and shoots his shot with Keyleth (end of the world, can't really blame him), but he is lucky they saved him - must've been the helmet. Someone needs to send Grog to Edna Mode, hopefully like the necessity of Beau teaching Orym a hook kick the cape doesn't become central to a life or death situation... I do love how quickly Sam's tone changed from 'just hold on and- I'm going to give them inspiration', like a complete switch. That was a BIIIIG Roachy Boi, but Opal is here to fight it! Mixed feelings because yay Opal Byroden Girls Rise Up but also Nooo Extra Lolth'd Opal! Also where's Fy'ra?? Devo'ssa showing up was a cool surprise too. Also Percy with the cane gun was expected but a razor blade too? Terrible Tinkerer of Tal'Dorei has indeed been a little stir crazy in his workshop.

After @marisharaygun hung up the towel (And make no mistake, I am very grateful for their work), I was searching for another person that makes compilations like this. Travis was doing everything he could not to cry, near the end. He sat perfectly still for nearly 2 minutes. He was hit by it too, but probably felt he needed to stay positive He also looks quite tired though, so he could have just been away mentally

Think this is first clip ive seen where you can see a clear transition of matt coming out of gm mode. He ends episode and you see second of stillness then his face morphs into a mixture of sadness and fond annoyance before he swears at sam. Its interesting to watch

so fascinating to see how the m9 interacts with bh. a nice and friendly but unsettling party of weirdos who are masters of deflections until something explodes VS a party of confrontational assholes who wont take any bullshit if they dont feel like it
