Welcome to Steves diary. "Mental health issues, drug abuse, and crime are deeply interconnected. Mental health disorders, such as ptsd depression and anxiety, etc, often lead individuals to self-medicating with drugs and alcohol. This self-medicating can spiral quickly into addiction, which then starts surpresing their original mental health issues. When addictions become so overwhelming, addicts need to fund their addiction, which more often drives people towards criminal activities. Braking this cycle requires closer one to one prevention strategies that include mental health support, addiction treatment, drug and alcohol related counseling therapy
Family support, with personality disorders
Family support is so vital, in this video you will see the signs that someone could have a personality disorder, this could be a member of family or a friend, not forgetting a loved one, it's so important that family support is in place which is why in this upload you can learn a few ideas about what help is needed.

Hi Steve, I find it hard with the mediation side of things..the staying still & reflecting, the feelings you feel..oh I don’t know 🤷🏼♀️…how are you doing with that sort of thing??
Ok, the best way, and how I was first told to make the feeling funny 😁. Is when you hit the hay later, when quiet and dark, lay on ur back and from ur toes up the leg, then up to the arms shoulder's neck to ur head. Imagine them body parts falling asleep on you, and then you should hopefully feel relaxed. Then, slowly start to imagine that you have left ur body and you're looking down at yourself, laying there, and then you should be in that state of mind with all parts of ur body so relaxed that ur find em heavy. Try that, and please let me know how it went. It will take a little practice, but it's the same principles as explained in the upload ok 🤭

Great vid mate. Others around me don't understand my depression, it has just cost me my marriage as the wife thought I didn't care when I went to other rooms to hide.
I can relate to you, big man, I have lost many great women over the years, even the last relationship with my wife after 22 years. Just know im here if or when you need to vent out ok. I go live most nights if you feel like joining me, bruv, and I dont tolerate any tolls. Plus, we have some really good friends in the mix who look out and support us all. Big love n respect

Yeah, I was with the wife 27 years myself...i think I'm past the venting stage for now, just living in a bit of a twilight zone at the moment as we still live in the same house. @@connieevans6085 I have early stage COPD from smoking and I'm only 42. Also got to see an Oncologist on Monday to discuss treatment for thyroid cancer as I have 3 nodules on my thyroid. I only saw one as it was risen under the skin but the other 2 are deeper in the thyroid. Spent all night in tears when I found out but you the first person I told. I know personally how hard this can all seem. Praying for you regardless though 🙏
@rusty5078 I'm sorry Rusty. My COPD is full blown and there's a spot on left lung that is being monitored. Miserable not able to breathe sometimes. Scares the crap outta me. And I found out I'm 1 cupcake away from being a diabetic. I hope you quit smoking...I haven't. Why at this point is how this ole bird thinks.
