TANDOORI CHICKEN TIKKA KEBAB - Our Restaurant Recipe Tandoori Chicken Tikka
In this video, we show you how to make Tandoori Chicken Tikka Kebab which is our restaurant recipe. Traditionally we used to cook these Tandoori Chicken Tikka Skewers in the clay oven called a Tandoori, but we show you how to make these in the oven. You can also cook the Chicken Tikka Kebabs on the BBQ, grill, or grill pan. You can serve these Chicken Tikka skewers with our Green chutney: th-cam.com/video/A-SPmOIbWo4/w-d-xo.html and best Restaurant Style Naan: th-cam.com/video/MGnItyDIBpg/w-d-xo.html
To make the Tandoori Chicken Skewers, you will need:
2 x chicken fillets cut into cubes
3 tbs yogurt
1/2 tsp chili flakes
salt to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1 tbs lemon juice
1 tsp tandoori masala
1/2 tsp mint sauce
2 tbs mustard oil
Optional: yellow and red colour
Cook in a preheated oven at 250C for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken has cooked. Turn the Skewers 2-3 during cook and baste with excess marinade once.

    You cooked this amazing dish with a turn for me without any added salt, I cooked this item so many times when I was in Tanzania way back. My secret of this dish is boiled or steam the chicken first for the faster the process.

    I made this lamb tagine today. After searching many websites for lamb tagine I picked this guy because he threw in a bay leaf. I love bay leaf. I followed exact steps and the amount of ingredients, as he suggested. Wow, wow, and wow again!! The taste was out of this world! It had perfect balance of sweetness, heat and tanginess from the fruit. Most importantly it did not taste lamb but more like beef! I do not like lamb but I decided to make this one because Mrousia is one of the most iconic Moroccan dish. I am so glad that I tried. I will cook this again and again, and to show my guests and friends that even a South Korean can make such a delectable Moroccan dish.
