Ive been playing ac since 2007 and ac 1 and ac 2 were my favourites, altair and ezio were my fav characters now bayek is my favorite because hes the father of the assassins and the founder of the hidden ones

It can't be Ubisoft or current Ubisoft because all the OGs that made great games left Ubisoft long ago. This is why we have lesser quality games from Ubisoft. I'm not saying the devs suck, not at all but they are working on top of someone else's previous work with the added burden of shit-tier higher ups who direct them in such bad ways I can't even imagine. This is why I'm very scared for the Prince of Persia remake. It was a good choice to cancel it in 2020 and start over but then again, who will ruin it this time for real? On a side note: Bayek really is the Assassin god. He's also the scariest one next to Shay (not assassin but still), Bayek literally murders people and smiles while doing it. I also like Shay because he for some reason feels like the strongest one, big potential from the start of his story and his line "I make my own luck".

Id happily pay full price for a Bayek sequel.

In the Hidden Ones DLC, many recruits recruited by Bayek talk about the situation in Judea, regarding the order of the ancients that is growing outside the borders of Rome. Judea is a perfect region for a sequel with Bayek, only in that region is Jerusalem, Nazareth and at least 4 cities that are theorized to have been just as prosperous as Jerusalem. It would be amazing to see a sequel to AC Origins more focused on stealth like AC Mirage where we can explore the dense cities of the first game and travel from one to another like in RPGs. (the Perfect AC game in my opinion)

With the current state of Ubisoft, I want them to leave AC alone. After Unity I feel they should've done an installment that was properly done every 4/5 years. Now it feels like they're just milking it while making it worse each game that comes out.

I liked this movie until I knew the historical inaccuracies like making the Templars unhinged fanatics that just wanted war and the Hospitalars were peace-loving wise men. It was actually the Templars who brokered peace between Islam, The Christians, and the Jews and it wasn't until the Templars were removed from keeping that peace that the French nobility started causing problems. Other than that it was a very well done movie. I just wish it wasn't so ridiculously slanted against the Templars, but it seems that there is political reasons for that in Hollywood. The game series Assassins Creed also has the Templars as the villains.

You said 'theological justifications', but what did he justify with theology, specifically? All he said was that he said was that he thought the belief that despite his condition in this world, in the next world he will face far worse, is unfair. This is just an opinion, not a justification for anything. He also mentioned the basic belief of God being the only ultimate authority that is worthy of worship, and he will call people to account, not other people, whether they be in power or otherwise. I think the only comment resembling justification is when he says to Balian that he should help people of the other religions, not because it is is advantageous but because it is right. Now this is most definitely a theological justification, he is using his religious belief to justify his statement or command. So I ask you again, what were you referring to when you said that the character was justifying with theology, and what was the justification itself? I could also see you referring to the authority statements be to justified with theology, because he is technically giving advice to Balian, telling him to rely on his own self not to be swayed and influenced by people of power, justifying this with the belief that God will hold all people to account.

Everyone likes to point out to the philosophical aspect of this, but I would like to instead point out the superficial. The cities are stunningly beautiful. The towering slyscrapers, the neon lights with ads. If you think Tokyo is beautiful, then it's likely you think Cyberpunk is beautiful. I think a lot of it is actually about how simply boring many cities are, especially the night pales in comparison in how it looks to cyberpunk cities. Think times square and multiply that by a thousand and that's more or less Tokyo is a good way to picture it for a few of you.

The third act, the finale where it all falls apart is just... chef's kiss.

Fellowship is more personal. That's probably one of the biggest reasons I love it the most.

Unpopular opinion, I love the extended versions, but I think the theatrical are better, tighter, stronger versions. The extended versions are indulgent (and we want to indulge) but not better. TT has one or two extended scenes that are actually worth while, ROTK has one that really should have been in the theatrical version. Otherwise, the extended scenes start to detract from the tightness and quality of the film for these two. It even starts to introduce confusing and almost contradictory issues in ROTK. The extended version of FOTR, however, doesn't seem to detract. They seem worthwhile, even if not necessary. But none of them start to detract from the theatrical version aside from just padding more good (but unnecessary) stuff.

Gollum not being a main character in it

Yeah all 3 are great, and it is a Sophie's choice to choose a best, but i agree that of the 3 movies that fellowship has the most world varieties between shire, tavern at Bree, Riverdale, moria, etc...also sets up the stakes with both Gandalf and Boromir passing, and Frodo almost being done in by the ring wraiths. All are great, and for me it's a depends how i feel as Sam's speech at end of two towers is always good, and return for a nice climatic ending.

There is also the 'To the bridge of Khazad Dum' moment, with all the goblins going out of the walls. Followed by the going down the stairs that crushes into the nothingness. This movie is sugar for the eyes and the ears.

Part of the reason Griffith had sex with Gannon wasn’t just for the quick funding but so that he didn’t have soldiers dying unnecessarily. It did make sense and showed that Griffith cared on some level for the wellbeing of his band. Griffith did care otherwise the eclipse wouldn’t have worked. He did consider Guts as a friend, his only friend, that’s why him leaving upset the guy so much. Sure he didn’t come out and say it but it’s easily understood. I don’t think Griffith would have sacrificed his band if he wasn’t so damn crippled and useless and falling prey to the heavy manipulation by the Godhand. I mean he was scared and confused the majority of the time. But he finally fell victim. And yea dude, no sympathy for the queen and those nobles they brought that shit on themselves. They were actively trying to have him called because they couldn’t have a commoner gain so much status.

It's not because of how basic(Cyberpunk 2077) actually is and short the main game is and dlc the world is a fresh breath of air because gta 5 is overhyped and RDR 2 was abandon but the difference between gta 5 rdr2 and Cyberpunk 2077 well cyberpunk 2077 feels scripted as hell compared to gta 5 and rdr2
