im 1 year locd, 1 had a lot if hair when i started, loved this whole year, im in teenage phase and love the swelling big full look, its grown so much. Best decision i have ever made. Tons of complements. Its my biggest Flex...lol I no longer Think rethink then stress about what im going to do with my hair for vacation, or engagements, weddings, date night etc.. My Hair is DONE. I want color but think it may change my texture a bit so im going to wait another year. your hair is chefs kiss girl beautiful

I tried to make cauliflower rice in my cheap blender and it was a lot of effort. Maybe a more expensive blender would've made a difference. I prefer buying pre-made cauliflower rice. It saves so much time and wasn't much cheaper.

Good for you for improving your lifestyle. My advive: - Try clean keto/low carb - Avoid ultra processed food - Homecook everything. Avoid prepacked food. Always read the ingredients. Even that prepacked salad has sugar & ultra processed seed oils in it. Same for that hummus, it has ultra processed seed oils in it. Same with most plant milks - Avoid unnatural food. Eat real food including animal fat which is good for you, as it prevents/limits insulin spikes - Homecook nutrients-dense meals and you won't need snacking - Do Intermittent fasting/ avoid snacking. - In summary, eat like our ancestors used to eat 100,000+ years ago, and you will prevent/limit most (if not all) of these modern diseases

I love your locs. I had a similar journey. I installed my own locs and am 5 years in. It is the best thing I have ever done for myself and my babies are growing wonderfully. I'm so happy!!!

In your observation, what % of people tipped? For the non-buffet restaurants, did you need reservations or need to wait a long time?

I think long beautiful locks is the reward for going through the transition stage. You have to learn to love yourself in the early “ugly” stage and really accept yourself and your hair. After this you can graduate and have long locs because you e done the inner work. I’m seeing a lot of chatter online that microlocks are “straight hair adjacent”, and trendy now because people want to mimic straight hair. The irony is though that to get there, you have to learn radical self love in the process of the early stage. That why to to me mature locs is such a queen hairstyle as that person has gone through the necessary spiritual transformation

When I fast, I drink gts kombucha. Maybe 2 of them. Because it is liquid, your body does no work to digest it and the little bit of carbs will give you energy and alert. But you will still be hungry 😂

Preventing people that cant afford to pay The $35 fee is absolutely outrageous. Once again, the wealthy that live in the neighbourhood are able to deny everyone else from seeing the wonders of Hamilton.

It is absolutely sick that they charge $35 to visit the falls. Think about it many children whose parents cannot afford to pay $35 per visit may never see some of the beautiful natural wonders of Hamilton. All because rich people don’t want their streets over crowded with cars. There needs to be a protest.

Did they have a convenient store on property ? Smoothie bars ? I’m vegetarian and didn’t see many options

Can u give us some examples for the buffet was their any Mexican food for example refried beans? Did they have potato’s and simple foods or just “ intricate food”

I just got my sisterlocks installed back in September of 2024, best decision I’ve ever made. I was so deep into my hair when I was a loose natural that I couldn’t properly plan much of anything without my hair being the full thought of how it would be before, during and after an event. Best decision I’ve ever made !! And thank you for the tips you brought out in this video.
