Yes I just went to the Doctor for this yesterday I was getting a build up of dead skin in my nose , when I blew my nose normal mucus came out , but it felt like there was stuff sticking but it was white and sort of looked like membrane😮 The Doctor gave two shots of cortisone in my nose and it’s already working .👍 she said I may need another set of shots before it is fully gone.

Any thoughts on someone who has a elastase level of 80 with detectable levels of H. Pylori being 5.0e2? I've been dealing with a decade of gut issues and I am pretty confident I have low stomach acid (baking soda and just evaluating my symptoms overall).

I will try this but I assumed we had enough of this through our diet if we are eating meat?
