Try to press the rubber boot and see if it's alignment is fine.( Car unlocked). Then press the lid to close it, press it a little hard. I hope it gets resolved with this and it isn't anything major. If it persists best to take it to a service centre and get it resolved. Since i have not faced this so far I won't be able to say much. Also let me know what the issue really was once it's fixed. Yes, it does get bad on highways in the rains. Technically speaking it should be possible, but with modification/change of wiper motor. Hopefully Mahindra addresses this in model upgrade so that we can change it as well.

@ without much fuss if there is a way to increase the move of motor the wipe will be deep other side. Let me check with ASC or FNG. Another simple option - how abt a V shaped twin blade this way full mirror is covered ?

@@mukulslens Oh, maybe it was the case when you bought yours. I bought a Z8L 4x4 MT in Oct 2024 and it came with the 18" wheels. I really wanted the 17" for better ride byut18" ones looks beautiful🤤

Hey! This depends on the place where you stay. Engine coating can be opted out without any concern. You can do this once every year or 30K kms depending on your personal preferences of how you like your Engine bay to look. Usually just washing it down with soapy water with mild pressure every month works too. Evaporator cleaning should be done once every year if you stay in hot and humid climate or else once every 2 years works fine in my experience. Getting these things done every 10000kms is not justified (assuming you do 10,000km+ yearly and don't stay in humid climate). Replacing AC air filter is mandatory every 10,000kms. Hope this gives some clarity.

We need to ask them to do it. Sometimes they offer it from their end. It's best to ask. Mahindra service advisors are very incompetent (Most of them).

Thank you. It's Z8l, Diesel 4WD. Technically speaking it is possible to add sliding row by adding sliding channels made specifically for Scorpio-N or XUV700 on the seat anchor points. But that needs to be seen if any fabricator or car modification company comes up with that. Also the 3rd row leg room will be heavily hit if the middle row slides. I do see Mahindra coming up with that in next face-lift maybe. Of course they will reduce the 2nd row leg room if they try that. Well it's just a guess.

Absolutely intact. The last part near the socket tends to come out, since there is nothing holding it. But that's negligible. All other visible places are intact.

Ah yes! I forgot to mention that. The cable is good 9 ft usable and the air hose adds another feet or so, but falls short for front tyres. Best to buy an extension 12V socket. Majority of the ScorpioN owners have bought the Maruti Suzuki 12 V extension cable as it's inexpensive and fits the purpose well.

Yes, the vehicle switches from evaporator unit to heater core for heating purpose and is normal.

The roads were very uneven. The ride quality is pretty good for a Ladder frame SUV. Comparative to a much more expensive 4WD SUV from Toyota. Crysta is more tuned to comfort than ScorpioN. I would rate Crysta 9/10 ans ScorpioN 8/10. Comparison is strictly on highway ride quality.

I have a Scorpio N since a year and I can tell you the shake is a lot on concrete roads. You can feel the uneveness of the road. It is pretty annoying to drive on concrete highways for long periods of time. It performs rather nice on even tar roads which you barely find on national highways. Again the car shakes but the bumps dont hurt. Such is the suspension. I had driven the crysta for 7 days in Goa. The difference is a lot. Its a totally different car made for passenger comfort and a much more powerful engine. If your driving is mainly on highways then you should be going for a crysta or xuv 700 type of a car. Get the Scorpio N only if the requirement is off roading. Or driving on mud roads. Also the behaviour of the car is such that on full load like 7 people sitting, the car feels very stable. But with 1 or 2 people the car starts to feel uncomfortably shaky.

In my opinion they are Absolutely worthless. The test they conduct are in controlled atmosphere. The rats on the street are much much tougher and smart and adapt to changes pretty quickly. It's once of the biggest scams if you ask me. Avoid it.

That's great. This trip to Mumbai was: Bng-Tumkur-Hubli-Belagavi-Karad-Satara-Pune-Mumbai using NH48. The roads are good till Belagavi with few constructions going on in between. But from Belagavi to Satara there is plenty of construction which is why people opt for Bng-Tumkur-Chitradurga-Hosapete-Vijayapura-Solapur-Pune-Mumbai.

Plenty of restaurants along the way. Nothing specific in Karnataka side, but once in Maharashtra make sure to try Misal/Vada-pav in Jogeswari or Oscarwadi. If at all I do any trip in recent time I'll make sure to put it in the vlog as well.
