It's still awful when shows like this tell bands to lip and play-sync to their songs. I doubt it was the band's idea. However, I do see a lack of space for any speakers, but even solo singers would lip-sync on this show. Ambrosia did do this song very much live on The Midnight Special, and it was phenomenal! Search for it.

So, *you're* the one who wrote that extra verse that the movie didn't have! That was the same one used by Kimberley Locke and the 2005-2006 lineup of the Disney Channel Circle of Stars, which included the preteen (at the time of recording) Sprouse brothers!

Love ambrosia, and don’t get me wrong I have watched other videos where I could tell it was a genuine live performance and they nailed it, but this is for sure the studio version of the song played over a live video. Am I the only one noticing this? Like go listen to the recorded version of this song and then listen to this, they are indistinguishable. Compared to other versions of this song I have heard live where it’s still incredibly amazing and like I said they nail it but I don’t believe that this is them playing. I’m hoping on this day they really did play it live and someone just synced it up to the studio version after the fact. Idk am I crazy?

I love this song and video! All Ambrosia music seemed to fit all I went through with my husband `1975-80. Our marriage ended (my choice) regret 4hen and now. Listened to them then and now. Great memories...69 years young. Thank you David Pack!

David Pack has provided vocals many times for Kerry Livgren who originally was the main songwriter for Kansas. Kerry became a Christian in the early 1980's and has been in the band AD and has since been a solo artist. Kerry Livgren recognized how great Ambrosia was so he asked David to sing on his songs.
