Thanks for the great explanation. I want to ask you how to create a sub-question when a particular choice is chosen. for example, if you have an age question with multiple choice answers, when the participant selects a choice of 10-15, the survey will open sub-question. While if another choice is chosen, the survey will open another different sub-question. How can I do that?? Thanks.
Is there a way to fix text wrapping on surveys? When I adjust the size of the browser window the text does not wrap.
Hey, I am getting Error when I am trying import my responses. I think it is because my responses are all muti-select (the questions are multiple answer questions), Any thoughts on this? Btw The error heading is - "Responses could not be imported : The import could not be mapped to current fields. No responses have been imported."
You need to match all the responses properly and with the same spelling. If there was one error, it wouldn't import for me.

HI Devan, I need your help :) I added a starter question in my survey, specifically two inclusion criteria that must be met to participate in the survey as a student. If the participant indicates both criteria the participant may proceed. If both criteria or one of them is not met the survey must stop. How do I do that through surey flow?

That is a good question. My initial gut feeling is telling me it is possible. Oftentimes, I just do trial and error to see whats possible. If I find out, I will definitely let you know!
Can we create a workflow in free qualtrics account? I can't able to see the workflow tab. All I have is survey flow
I believe you should be able to, but Qualtrics may of recently limited that function in the free accounts.

I think that in a numeric data field (“Age” in your example), the minimum and maximum options don’t refer to the number of characters, but to the minimum and maximum numeric values allowed. Please confirm.

I think this is the exact same mistake that Dare McNamara made in their well-recieved 2017 Qualtrics Beginners Tutorial. Two bits of feedback, 1. If you used that video as a model, McNamara deserves a mention; 2. If you update this video to fix the validation error, please consider using a more appropriate question for your text-entry example. "Describe a time...," for instance, with a character max more like 500. That could expose another common error people make -- assuming the min and max si *words* not *characters.*@@DevanBernardino

Hi Sarah, Understanding employee engagement involves considering multiple factors that contribute to it. It's not solely about the likelihood of employees recommending their workplace, like the Net Promoter Score used for customers. There are broader aspects to take into account. The three essential components of employee engagement are: 1. Recommend (Likelihood to Recommend): This aspect measures how likely employees are to recommend their organization as a good place to work. It gives insight into their satisfaction and overall sentiments about the company. 2. Motivate (Discretionary Effort): The "Motivate" component explores employees' willingness to go beyond their regular duties and contribute extra effort. It reflects their level of dedication and connection to their work. 3. Personal Accomplishment: This component focuses on how employees feel about their work, finding meaning and purpose in what they do. It addresses the importance of a sense of accomplishment and how it impacts engagement. These components were determined by Qualtrics through a process that involved academic research, practical experience, and validation work. This is why the questions have Global Benchmarks. While your consultant chose to use the NPS question for employee engagement, which is a good starting point, it's worth noting that relying solely on one question may not provide a complete understanding of the underlying factors driving engagement. Considering all three components can give organizations a more comprehensive view of their employees' sentiments and identify opportunities for improvement. Do I have to hit the "publish" button before I distribute my survey?
When you click the publish button, what it does is update the live survey with all the recent changes. So you don't technically need to hit the publish button if you haven't made any changes, but if you have made any changes and want the most up-to-date survey, you should publish

Do you have access to dashboards? You can pin a dashboard widget to the homepage, which will give you a longer view of responses over time

I Dont think so, i see the responces from 5/5 to 11/5, but no all responces before that timeframe, when i click on the cart, it just directs me to the results instead of the whole chart.
@@Leonvb7 The only action I suggest is to navigate to the 'Results Tab'. Once there, click on the top right where it says 'Edit Dashboard'. Then, click on 'Add Widget' at the bottom and create a 'Line Chart'. Set the metric to 'Count' and the 'X-Axis' to the recorded date. This way, you can view the entire widget within the project.
