Hi Paul, Good question. From my knowledge, workflows cannot use else/if statements. What I generally do in this situation is duplicate the workflow and just change the control flow conditions. For example: Workflow 1: Trigger: When a new survey response is received Control flow: If Embedded Data field "Region" = West Task: Email person A Workflow 2: Trigger: When a new survey response is received Control flow: If Embedded Data field "Region" = East Task: Email person B

HI Devan, I need your help :) I added a starter question in my survey, specifically two inclusion criteria that must be met to participate in the survey as a student. If the participant indicates both criteria the participant may proceed. If both criteria or one of them is not met the survey must stop. How do I do that through surey flow?

Can we create a workflow in free qualtrics account? I can't able to see the workflow tab. All I have is survey flow
I believe you should be able to, but Qualtrics may of recently limited that function in the free accounts.
