It will always be the same with the Yankees as long as Hal Steinbrenner and Brian Cashman are in charge. Luxury tax, luxury tax, luxury tax. Expect to win another championship, but don’t spend like George to improve the talent to achieve this goal. Bottom line try to win, but limit spending.

I'd rather just give Peraza a shot over Rodgers or DeJong. I believe Peraza is out of minor league options and will need to clear waivers if we don't keep him on the MLB roster. Let's give him a legit shot and see what he can do with the bat. The defense is there, and he can play 3B so that we can move Jazz to 2B.

Why don't they just use Peraza and give him a shot. I'll bet with him playing regular, he will shine. He will learn and get better offensively. How can you really loose?

Just because we offered 700 million plus to Soto this offseason doesn’t mean we are willing to pay that per year? The yanks don’t wanna go over the 300 million luxury tax mark. We were able to make all of these moves was because Soto didn’t sign with us so it opened up room financially to stay under 300 million. So technically we aren’t out of money but the luxury tax mark does act as somewhat of a salary cap. Love your videos but gotta do some of your homework on this stuff! Keep grinding dawg!!!
