After installing Dg connect and the newest version of versa works, versa works will not let me register my printer. Dg connect and BN utilities recognize it but not versa works. The distributor isn’t helping and I’m losing money everyday because of not being able to complete orders.
Can you load multiple different images to the same print job. Say you had 1 copy of each personalised named cards and want to print them all at once. Does this function allow for that?

This video is horrific. What is the deal with that ANNOYING music? And with all of the employees at Roland, you couldn't find one human being who would just tell us what this product is rather than having this annoying AI thing? Yikes. Seriously talked me out of buying the subscription.

Thank you for your inquiry. However, we apologize for the inconvenience, but the VG2 model does not support the Media Inventory Management feature. This is because it does not have a mechanical structure to read barcodes. We recommend considering the purchase of the VG3 model if you would like to utilize the Media Inventory Management feature.
When I change the unit of measurement to metric it keeps changing it back to US?

Gracias por su comentario. Actualmente, el BN-20A aún no es compatible, pero lo será en un futuro próximo.
This is cool and I like what Roland is doing but stop all development on new features till multiple materials is supported. Until then your admin dashboard isn't going to be accurate enough to even want to look at.
