Data not displayed in Roland DG Connec 1: Firewall settings

- If data is not displayed in Roland DG Connect, it is possible that your device's data has not been uploaded to the cloud database or that the Roland DG Connect Hub is unable to retrieve the data. This issue may be resolved by adjusting the settings of Windows Defender Firewall or your anti-virus software.
Please refer to this video for instructions on how to change the Firewall Settings.
To adjust the settings of your anti-virus software, please consult the manual provided with your software and exclude the Roland DG Connect Hub from virus scanning.
