Ingredients:
French fries
Strained tomatoes
Dried parsley
pepper
salt
Grated cheese (Kashkaval)
Sucuk
Preparation:
Fry the chips in an airfryer or in oil. Fry the sucuk briefly on both sides in the pan. Remove from the pan and switch off the heat. Add the tomato purée to the pan and mix with the spices. Sprinkle with plenty of cheese and spread the fried sucuk on top. Turn the heat to medium, cover and simmer until the cheese has melted. Enjoy while still warm 😍
