As long as your getting power from + and - wire harness into the amp

Probably none because it’s really not that hard. Multiple ways to do it, strip back the covering and just military splice into it, get some-clamp splice connectors, get regular crimp style connectors, cut the wire then take the LOC wire and twist it together with 1 of the ends from where you cut the door speakers and then on the other side of the crimp connector just put the rest of the wire in the connector and crimp. There you go, ways to do it right there

It has to be a crew cab or 4 door or something right? It's not a single cab that you cut your Port through and build your box and put it in the bed is it? Because I think that's what Imma do with my truck I hate to but I'm tired of not having any Bass. Not like them 215s my God. I had 2:15 in jails on a linear power 5002 and a 4th Order band passing the bed of a Mazda b2000 back in the day that thing would bounce the windshield wipers off the glass it would hurt you. Still didn't have it powered up correctly as far as a different alternator and all that. I was going through alternators about every six months the bass would hit and they all said it will just start screaming I'm not talkin belt slipping either it was only like 110 amp alternator and the amplifier draws 85 amps at full power that was a 1990 but I mean you have to race what you brought to the track back then

The loc is there to keep factory radio while converting a low level signal to hook up an amp whether it's mono or multi channel.

Yeah, unless you have the sub bridged at the amp. I have a dual mono amp so when I run one sub, I bridge it at the amp and then use both L&R RCA inputs

Ok so you use both channels on the converter on one speaker my 12 inch is bridgeable and my amp is mono

I do, you don’t have to, as long as you got a Y RCA cable then you can just use one. Idk y but it sounds better when I use both channels. Maybe it’s just all in my head lol

I’m sure you could just wire one speaker to both left and right on the converter to be able to plug both L & R on the amp but If you just wire the speaker to either the left or the right wires on the converter your going to lose some signal. Easy way to test that out is if you already have a single sub set up in another vehicle, with both L & R RCAs connected to the amp, unplug one and see what happens.

Just like ANY ground, it goes LITTERALLY to any spot on your car that is steel, take a piece of sand paper and sand the spont, and just simply screw the wire down nice and tight around it so it won't move. OR put the ground wire INTO the ground port of your SUBwoofer amp if you have one, which should ALSO be grounded. You can literally just pull up the shit in your trunk, or look around your trunk for a bolt, any bolt. unscrew it, sand the base part, and wrap the wire around it. It is ALWAYS like that, ground is ground my friend.

Could be a few things. What kind of head unit are you using?

Antonio Franklin just the line out converter. I added the EQ to clean up the bass a little bit but it’s still loud. All depends on the amp, subs and box your running. Ported box will be louder than sealed

Exactly he didn't say or show how he hooked it up but mentions what kind of screws he used, it's a gd video but no explanation
