Its unfortunate that most hyper partisian people are so rabid and/or disingenuous they can't actually be communicated with in a normal human way. If you know someone on the other side of an issue that you have any kind of nontoxic relationship with, next time the subject comes up challenge them to a debate where each of you has to argue the others side at some later time. If they're honest, thisll set them on a path where onstead of trying to provd their stance right like usual they have to leave their bubble and get exposed to information they otherwise never would have seen. If theyre not honest enough to do it, fuck em. Thats true of you too though. You get to challenge your own stance. Whatevsr happens in the debate or if it evdn happens isn't important, whats important is that this would introduce additional perspective and nuance to both parties that wasn't there before. Change like that isnt fast, demanding it is childish and naive. You plant seeds, you cultivate. Its work, of a kind. Its worth doing. Hating on people who have different views than you isn't how you convert them, its how you further radicalize them. .. /end ramble.

These people CONSTANTLY call us "delusional" and "in denial of reality," yet the only so-called "arguments" against us that they can come up with (such as the one covered in this video) are total delusions, fabrications, and distortions of reality. Of course, the right is extremely dishonest and hypocritical about everything (it's the only way they can sustain their delusional BS), and the way they engage with this whole topic is a PRIME example.

There was this person I knew back in high school. They were very vocal about their adhd and even still, no one would interact with her much for being “annoying.” I was their only friend in their grade for a time, but because of peer pressure I stopped and just became like everyone else, thinking I was better than them for not being mildly annoying. But the thing was, when we talked about stuff like school, they were very vocal to me specifically about the problems they faced academically and I could relate to them almost completely. We were both on the cusp of failing our classes all the time and we’d fuck up. The problem was that while I tried to hide that part of away from myself, they told me with confidence about their problems. Recently, I caught myself doing things that they would do all the time, the same type of thing that would make people annoyed with them and I realized. I was extremely similar to them in so many ways, but I was just more repressed because of how I felt I ought to act and to satiate my own loneliness and desire for a friend group. But now not only do I feel bad for understanding their issues far better then everyone else and still treating her the same, but I feel sad cause I really lost a potential friend all because I wanted to fit in. I knew we were both lonely at the time and that we both wanted someone that understood each other. They always talked to me so openly but I shut them off. This video kinda helped really understand myself and that classmate of mine at a better lense. It sucks how much better things could’ve been if I understood this sooner, but for now ill just try my best to be there for others like them cause I know that we all need someone to lean on and not having someone who can do that for you is the worst feeling ever.

Guts and Costa once were A couple it doesn't gave him any Right to do it ..Aftermath abuse breeds a Monster. So once abuse you must Kill the person as he is a future Monster. As both of them were abused there are two types of Reactions over indulgence or Total Restraint like costa. Now Guts himaelf hqa became the veey thing He is fighting...he literally becames Griffith..Now story ends or not it doesn't matter.perfect end would be Two important characters bonding again and then killed horrifyingly while pirsuing their dreams...

The thing about the transitioner vs detransitioner narrative is that it is clearly a false dichotomy that only a bigot could have come up with. Like how white racists view POC activists as anti-white agents acting in direct opposition against white people. These are folks who are polarized into seeing the other as an enemy force. That's the only way it can make any sense - with an us vs them zero sum mentality. The reality is that trans people and detransitioners share much more with each other than most cis people do with cis detransitioners. Like, let's say some a woman transitions to a man, takes HRT for a few years, gets a double mastectomy, and later detransitions. She feels discomfort with the effects of masculinizing HRT and laments the absence of her breasts. There's a word for that - gender dysphoria. We share a lot of experiences beyond that as well. Funnily enough one of our shared experiences is our spaces being invaded by TERFs. Most detrans communities, both online and offline, have been invaded by TERFs. Even this time te years ago the detransition subreddits were being occasionally hit with fake stories and sockpuppets that the actual detransitioners wanted gone because all they would do is bash trans people and make up stories about what TERFs imagine detrans folks feel. You know, just like the study in this very study. The astroturfing has gotten so bad over the years that there's a fair number of trans communities, public and private, that have a substantial detrans community because it's the only way to avoid TERFs trying to invade their communities and hijack their personal experiences. That's not even getting into the fake detransition youtube videos featuring actors (yes, that's a thing) or people hijacking transition timelines to misrepresent them as detransition timelines via impersonation and other crap like that. Us trans folk and detransitioners are typically way closer to each other than with cis people but because most cis people are inherently prejudiced towards trans folks this false dichotomy is perpetuated.

Before watching video: it's also about the inherent loneliness of puberty, much of the themes and visuals relate back to growing up and going through the awkward phases of puberty. He likes sweet drinks not the sour ones, same as Amarao who is an analog for Naota if he were to fail to grow as a person and remained childishbwhile trying to act and seem grown up. Naota is very self conscious about how others perceive him, constantly yelling out of embarassment unable to let any remark simply roll off of him; he is a perfect example of a child who desperately craves to be seen as and treated as a mature adult but is not yet ready to sit in the appropriate headspace. This contrasts pretty well against Ninamori who exudes a tough and cool exterior unphased by the hectic nature of her parents' lives, while simultaneously embracing a more lighthearted and childish attitude when alone with Naota.

"and come back after you've contemplated your life in a dark room with Guts' theme playing on loop" how did you know? 😅 To be serious, I like the way you describe dissociation. I don't think I've ever heard it described like that but I've known for a long time that basically everything I do is intentional dissociation. I've lived this way for as long as I can remember, I'm completely incapable of facing life. As a teen it was substances and hypersexuality. Then it was about 16 years of living like Guts in a way, just constantly moving forward in survival mode, pushing myself beyond my abilities. And eventually I crashed, my body and mind just couldn't do it anymore. For 7 years now I've withdrawn from all friends and socialization, I've given up on ever accomplishing anything, got a job that's physical, that keeps my body moving but that I really don't have to think about, and literally all I do now is zone out either reading, listening to audiobooks, or listening to TH-cam videos about the things I like to read. I barely even interact with my family tbh. I'm just an empty shell consuming constant distractions so I don't have to think. I'm in therapy, and sometimes I share how I feel like I'm doing now. But mostly I'm just lost in a fantasy world every waking hour. It's the only thing I want to do. It's the only thing I CAN do. And I don't even care anymore. The sex scene between Guts and Casca hit me harder than probably anything I've ever read, for SO many reasons that I don't even have the time to get into right now. But one of the lines that really affected me was "don't think about those things. Right now all you need is to feel alive" like, wow. I haven't felt alive or in my body for so long, reading that made me cry.

Too bad this presenter has not applied these strict scientific standards to the WPATH trans medicalization (SOC or 'standards of care') treatment plan. I'm sure their (WPATH) scientific methods have as many, if not more problems. Litman's study on Rapid Onset Gender Disorder (ROGD) was just a preliminary study to explore one theory of why this unusual FtM Trans epidemic has occurred. It provides a name to this phenomenon, which allows people to talk about it. WPATH, with all their word games, would prefer having no name for it so critics can't talk about it and thereby be unable to criticize them or their SOC. During the 6 years since Litman's study, there has been a lot more evidence published that supports the "trans-critical" side of the argument, including Litman's theory of ROGD. The idea I like is that this ROGD phenomenon is a new youth sub-culture similar to Hippies in the '60s and the Goths in the '90s. But, unlike those two examples, the medical, pharmaceutical, psychological_therapy & education industries have latched on to the youth Trans subculture to medicalize the young participants to make them life-long patients through which they can net perhaps a millions dollars per patient over their lifetime, with such side benefits as breaking up families and sterilizing our children. Other benefits include preventing these kids the chance of experiencing the joy of sexual discovery and the ability to experience orgasm. Additional medical treatments down the road like hysterectomies, cancer treatments, etc. Very lucrative business for anyone associated with WPATH.
