I really love this song I love the beat this song go hard I'm adding this song on my Spotify playlist
look up Charlie Daniels song (simple man)
The songs were around and popular before the movie was even conceived. They just took a bunch of songs and told the writers to make a movie with them. I can't see it being possible now with today's copyright laws. We are blessed to have this wonderful movie.
You should stop the video when you talk. You missed quit a few good lyrics
❤❤❤
If you're gonna react to more Country music here's what you need to know: County songs are (mostly) story songs, especially the older Country music like from the 1960s through the 1980s. The Country songwriter has to craft an entire story in about 3 minutes (give or take). That means EVERY word has to count. Even a single word that doesn't help advance the telling of the story must be eliminated. That being the case then, when reacting to a Country song, it's a good idea to pause the song if you're going to interject a comment. Then run the song back a couple seconds before hitting the play button again. Since every word counts, you can easily miss an important idea being expressed in the story if you're talking over the song. A prime case in point is the classic song, "He Stopped Loving Her Today", by Country legend, George Jones. Probably 95% of people who react to that song completely miss the point of the whole story because they didn't pay attention to every word. And by the way, if you do react to that particular song, DO NOT upload the live version. It's too hard to clearly understand all the lyrics. Choose a studio recording instead. And hey.... WELCOME TO COUNTRY MUSIC!
Ralph Fiennes who played Goeth took time in between takes to comfort the Schindler Jews on set as his likeness, performance and mannerisms were so much like him. Incredible performance. Goeth was the devil in human form as the nazi party found his brutality disgusting,( considering what they did is crazy ) so the SS had him committed to the sanatorium u see at the end where the allied forces found and hung him. The Schindler Jews took care of Schindler in his old age as he was ostracised by his own country because of what he did and he was a huge part of their lives after the war going to family gatherings etc. When he passed away they paid for his body to be flown to isreal to be buried in the jewish cemetery you see at the end. It is illegal to remove any of the stones placed on his grave.
You have not a clue. Listen
*Someday you’ll change your mind ..” little boys don’t like little girls … they have “cooties”; once their teenage hormones kick-in, boy do they change their mind!!*
It’s not a real story about the vedeo, that’s not the point
You have the best screen I’ve seen. Love Hank Williams Jr
Oasis, Pulp and Blur on the Brit Pop side. Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Stone Temple Pilots on the American side. Many others on both sides.
Americans missed Brit Pop and Britts missed Grunge. Probably no Americans appreciate Britt Pop which happened at the Same Time as Grunge. You both should wake up and find the the one you missed! i Love BOTH.
french mistake!
John Paul. jones at his best

In fiction, the science only needs to work enough that we can step across the line of our disbelief and simply enjoy the fiction. If we can believe time travel is possible, why must it require elaborate machines, or mathematical equations, or magical doors in secret places? The mechanism for stepping into another time could possibly exist within our own minds, so that anyone should be able to do it, don't you think? Forget the "science" (or lack thereof) in this movie, and just imagine a world where it might be possible to find a time portal without being a mad scientist, simply by learning how to rely on your own personal relationships to multiple layers of time.
You, my love, are gorgeous! Being an Indian woman from the UK. Melts me. Stay Fabulous
Glad to see you pick up on Ilsa not telling Lazlo she loves him. She never does.
You can view this movie as a great love story. But it also has a very political bent to it. Bogie mentions at one point that it is December 1941 and America is sleeping. So it's obviously before December 7 when the Japanese attacked Pearl Harbor. America was officially neutral and isolationism was very popular. America, however, was very much supporting the Allies at thet time through Lend/Lease and otherwise. In much the same way, Bogie professes his neutrality repeatedly in the movie, but at several points helps those opposing the Nazis. And, of course,i in the end he comes through big time to help Lazlo. In effect, Bogie is by analogy the U.S.
One of a handful of Movies that has always had a VERY special place in my Heart! I became obsessed with perfecting my skills at Painting Portraits after this film and this Classical Piece of Music (by Rachmaninov) remains my absolute favorite to this day. I view the Time Travel aspect a bit like the Matrix. Neo had to train to be able to 'adjust' the Matrix around him, which was purely a 'mental' exercise. Essentially Richard did the same thing. If you imagine the Matrix to have 'stored' every moment in time then time travel would be possible if you can figure how to 'hack' into the Matrix.
During the filming of the movie, Robin Williams would cut up and made everybody laugh except Ethan Hawke, who was trying method acting and staying in character even when they weren't filming. This frustrated Williams so he started picking on Hawke and Hawke began to thin Williams didn't like him. But after the movie opened, Williams recommended Hawke to his first agent who told Hawke that Williams told him that he was going to be great in the business. He's been Hawke's agent ever since. After shooting the scene where Neil commits suicide, director Peter Weir took Robert Sean Leonard off the set and didn't let him communicate with the other actors because he wanted them to feel the sense of losing a friend. A bit of foreshadowing: The camera is on Robert Sean Leonard's character when John Keating tells the students that they will all one day "shrivel up and die". Cameron was supposed to stand on his desk with the other boys at the end of the movie, but Dylan Kussman told director, Peter Weir that he thought that would be out of character for Cameron, and surprisingly, Weir agreed.
My favorite bit of dialogue was the charming old couple practicing their English "What watch? Ten watch" Most of those great character actors were anti-nazi refugees with decades of stage and film work behind them.
Very good and fun reaction! First time here. Great fun, reaction and movie. Thank you. Good luck and health.
I heard Black on the radio hundreds of times and never knew what it was about or really gave it much consideration. Then a few years ago I saw the unplugged version from MTV. I don't believe I've ever heard a sadder song, and what a fantastic performance. Thanks to this song this old hippie decoverd all the great grunge bands l would of missed. So glad Pearl Jam has been able to survive.
He made this song after the loss of his daughter in a car crash
You was wondering that movie
Hope you'll start making content again, I've watched a couple of your vids so far and would very much like to see more. ❤
this movie is watched with my dad its like jackass meets martial arts back in the 1980s
i feel your true emotions, you have produced an outstanding presentation here and I want to thank you for doing this for Sam Cooke and his fans who still listen to his music
I had a funny realization recently. I definitely remember singing “My Favorite Things” to myself when I was in First Grade, specific memory because it was in the basement floor of my elementary school, and I’d sing it in my head when I was sad… But that was 1959-1960, and this movie is from 1965.. how is that possible? After research, it HAD to be that my parents had an LP record from the Broadway musical, and that record was released in 1959. One of life’s mysteries solved! Love the music, love this film. Deep inside me since childhood. ❤️❤️
This has, to me, held up better than "Citizen Kane". During WW2, right after Great Depression, human life was precious and with this war, your life could be in danger more quickly. Couples often got married if the man was going off to war. So, people seemed a bit more open, morality from what I heard was not as strict. Making a joke, but not really, Rick club not that much different in attitude then Cantina in Star Wars. "Carl" sarcasm fit into having a bit of "attitude" because era so different. And La Marseilles scene was taught in college classes as intentional good propaganda.
for Every ones information.. Reni was an LL Cool Jay fan.. who was first with that hat..
The mancs rocked it better than the new Yorkers.
I wish you’d kept going 😞
take me out of this world,,,,,,,,
Well stick around, if Covid comes back they might have us wearing gloves as well as a mask. I wouldn't be surprised, you might get your wish. - lol 🤣
👍💖
Wish you were still making videos like this 😢 such an honest reaction to a beautiful film
I really want to watch you watch one of my fav films... but you just never seem to mentally chill long enough to let the story land with you emotionally. We watch these reaction videos , not for a play-by-play commentary consisting of out-of-context musings consisting of thoughts completely unrelated.
i dont have to imagine being drunk and just singing that, been doing it for 35 years
You seemed to like the song but never did anymore by them that I can find.
Huge thanks to Rudi Dolezal who put this video together so skilfully. What a shame they didn't ever perform this live together. You might like to react to "One Vision" which shows the band in the studio. It's fascinating to watch and a great song too based on Martin Luther King's famous speech.
