Hello! Great work, thank you👍👍👍 I was in passing at a bird hospital while traveling and didn't have time to talk to the staff, maybe you can clarify some questions. Your movie focuses a lot on euthanizing birds, but I didn't understand if they do it here? And how does it fit with Jainism, since the hospital is on temple grounds? Or is the hospital completely independent now? (I think that euthanasia is humane in some cases, but I didn't understand why these pigeons were asked to be put to sleep). And I watched another movie about treatment of birds in Delhi, there the characters say that in childhood they found a wounded kite, but it was not taken for treatment in this hospital (because of religion - because it is a predator). But in your movie I see that they treat kites, can you please clarify how this works with Jainism? (I have seen an opinion that they keep raptors on a vegetarian diet, is this true🤔) Thank you again. This is the best documentary that I have seen on Varanasi so far! I couldn't take my eyes off even for a second. Brilliantly envisioned and executed. Kudos.
