U kids that want us all to go to metric are just dumb. it is not just 11/3 L but 11.3 l is 1 gal. It comes in 1 gal jugs. just just use three of them. By the way u dont have to take the wheel off to get the screen out. It comes out with ease once u get it loose. One other thing u dont need to do this every time u do fluid. Just ever 1000 hr or more., I ask and the man said he doesnt bother with it until they have at least 2000 hr on them. I took it out for the first time at 1200 hr. It has a little stuff on it but not much. Will not touch it again for another 1200 hr or 4 yr which ever comes first.
I appreciate you watching and commenting. Don’t get me wrong I hate the metric system as well. Lol. You’re correct, the wheel can stay on to clean the screen. I took the wheel off as mine was nicely painted on with the grey Kubota paint. Next time I’ll leave the wheel on as well. Thanks again for stopping by and watching. Cheers, Mike.
Looks great so far Mike. Good job 👍
@@markwilliams6436 thanks my friend. Was a big job but we’re really happy with how it’s turning out. Thanks for watching!
Looks good Mike !
@@fatefarmspa it’s coming along nicely Tom. Have a good one.

How's she goin'? Wow Mike, that turned out awesome eh! What a view you have from there too. I have to admit, I was wondering how this was all going to end up as there wasn't much room to work along the front. But you got it done and it looks some nice. The walk way plans you have sound pretty sweet too!! Take 'er easy!!
@@GrampiesWorkshop hey thanks for the words of encouragement my friend! Yeah super happy with how it’s progressing! Thanks for watching!
Great looking wall, you did a really nice job, thank you for sharing, have a great day.
@@mikelastime thanks for the words of encouragement Mike. Appreciate it! Have a great Sunday. Cheers, Mike.
Good morning Mike, you two must be very happy, the project looks great. Awesome job on the concrete. I have never heard of the glue for gravel, sounds interesting. Thanks for sharing, have a great week, Ben 👋😎👍🍻
@@whenworkisplay hello Ben! Yeah we love it so far. Michelle was the one that found that glue product so I’ll get her involved when we do the video on the application. Thanks for watching! Cheers.
It turned out great Mike. I never heard of that gravel you mentioned.
@@OpenAirAdventure Me neither Kenny. Michelle found the product so we’re going to a video on the application for sure. Cheers
Hey Mike. You can link that video to your shorts. Go to edit in shorts and look for "related video."
@@OpenAirAdventure thanks Kenny! Got it done.
It's looking good Mike, everything is tying in nicely. Great idea to box in the flower garden with the smaller wall to keep the dirt from washing down. Any plans to install some weeping tile for the walking path or is the drainage already adequate? Looking forward to see the next task in action.
@@JelenOutDoors yeah Paul we will see how it drains / pools first. We backfilled only to have access for the summer. If required we will do a 4 inch perforated pipe at the footing in the inside 1/4 bubble drop to the stairs and backfill with 1.25 washed rock. But for now we’ll see how it drains. Thanks for the question and watching Paul! Cheers
Looks really good Mike!
@@retiredforlife63 Yes Sir Brian. Thanks for having a look!
Looking god Mike.
@@noelstractors-firewood57 Thanks Noel!
Thanks for sharing your project. Enjoy the journey - cheers
@@botabob thanks Bob for stopping by by!
Hi Mike! Looking good. Are you going to put some kind of drainage tile along the outer retaining wall to let the rain water a path to escape towards the far stairs? Happy Saturday with beautiful nice weather.
@@RossOnTheLand it’s like you can read my mind. We only backfilled to have access for summer. In the fall we’ll see how it drains and assess. May do a 4 inch perforation pipe on a 1/4 bubble drop to those stairs. Only if we see pooling or drainage issues. Thanks for watching Ross! Have a good one.
@@maintenancewithmike sounds like a good idea!
Did you need to place any drainage on either side of the wall? Looking forward to seeing the final product!
@@RichardT2112 drainage would only be required on the insides ( house side) but we will see how it drains / pools in the fall before we do anything. Cheers my friend!
Looks nice Mike, I would like to see the glue stuff for the gravel works 👍🏻. Have a great weekend Mike and Michelle 🙋🏼♂

Great fix Mike. I’m wondering, if you locked the lock handle in the up position, would that fix the problem of hitting that lock handle. ? Have a great day. 👍🏻👍🏻👋👋 Any video on the finished walk way fix up you did ?
@@noelstractors-firewood57 your correct Noel. If I would have been more attentive, locking it so it always is in the vertical position would have saved it. Stay tuned for my next video will be a progress update on the walkway. 👍 You have a great Sunday my Friend.

Nice repair, Mike. Good welding skills. I never learned to weld. We had a welding machine at work when I was a kid. I asked the welder to teach me. He wouldn't - said welding is bad for ya - stay away from it! LOL I think the protection is much better these days, though.
@@twinbrookacres I wear a good helmet and a respirator that the cartilages fit under the helmet. Aside from that I guess I could add a small fan or something. Thanks for watching Rick and have a good weekend!

Well done Mike, this looks so satisfying 👍🏻
It was! Just a bit to hot here in BC right now.
From the look of it your windows are very similar to mine. Have you ever had to get the crank mechanism. In my case I believe I have to remove the thin wood shelf above the screws. Not something I want to do. Just wondering. Thanks for the video
I have never had to work in the crank/ open mechanism. But in my case with the window open and looking from the outside. I can actually tighten the crank mechanism screws. Here is a website I used to order the weather stripping. They also have casement hardware. Good company to deal with. Cheers, Mike.
www.allglassparts.com/hardware/awning-casement-window/
if you take the window out/in from inside the house you dont need a ladder nor do you need to run in and out of the house for the crak arm and you can easily reach the black alignment tab at top....call me crazy but ya know just seems like a sensible option
Thanks for the tip Jonsgillis. Yeah I’d do that if my windows were smaller but these things are a beast. I just feel more control lifting them from outside. Just my preference but good point for sure. Hey, thanks for stopping by and having a look! Cheers, Mike.
Nice work Mike! 💪

? Not to sure what you mean. It’s a pretty extensive installation. Yes it is edited, but it shows how it all comes together. Thanks for watching!
Would this be similar on a LB400?
LB 400 Not to sure. Is that a Kubota model tractor? Maybe elaborate a bit so I can understand a bit better what you’re referring to.
Well, I tried to post some photos but it didn’t work here. It appears to be a standard 3 point connection. Thank you for doing the video and responding to me. Blessings
