The MOST EPIC Wild Camping Location in Scotland
In this video myself and a couple of mates head for a night in Scotland. We are heading for a spot we camped a few years ago that is one of the best camp spots in Scotland. We parked up in the Glencoe Valley and started out ascent. This one is short but steep approach to the mountain. Its only 1.7 miles give or take from the car. Once up its hard to find a pitch as its quite boggy and rocky. We found our pitch even though we had to pitch away from each other. This is for the best if your mates snore haha. Once pitched the views are another level up here with views down the Glencoe Valley and even all the way the Ben Nevis range. Sunset and sunrise were a bit disappointing but who cares when you have views like that. Then its time to head back down and move on to the next spot. I hope you’ve enjoyed this one as much as we have. Catch you on the next one.

Lad I ain't a fan boy. I use other brands as well. Also if you buy a hilleberg second hand it's no more money than some other tents on the market 👍
@iamchriswhelan some hillys are more second hand than new due to the waiting list. And i ain't no lad. Still total overkill. And a matching hat 🤣 no, not a fan boy with matching hat.

Is there anywhere that you can go in the UK without seeing a wall, fence, or pylon? Not used to it over here in NZ, we can go for weeks without seeing civilization. Very beautiful countryside and great views. Enjoyed the video. ATB Cheers from the mountains of NZ😊😊
Thanks for watching. If you want to get remote in the UK you'd have to go Scotland for it. There's places there wheres it very remote but its a long drive for me up there. 👍

Thanks alot! We just paid up till midnight and risked it. We was sound. If you don't Wana risk it there is a camp site round the corner and you could probs pay for a spot there and then head up for camp instead.

Aye man I try to get to a snea spot each time I camp. Did you camp on the summit? It gets quite abit of wind up there coz it's exposed. The lake district is a beautiful place and you'll enjoy. Thanks for watching matey 👍

You were holding your tent for dear life🤣 I was looking out at the lake and thinking, wow this is so nice and quiet. Have a look tomorrow😁👋

It's a real shame you three don't "know the score", but you should do! Group camping is not permitted in the Lake District, it's quite a simple request from the landowners. "It's like a football pitch up here", err no, it's more like a campsite actually. It is not "wild camping" in the Lake District, it's selfishly neglecting the right kindly given to you to camp on their land, which, if this behaviour continues from so many so called "wild campers", will eventually be taken away.

I mind commenting on your photos on Facebook from this one. I camped the night before but plans changed and I couldn’t get out again. Forecast was looking very much cloud inversion territory. Watched a couple of yours already actually Chris, just forget to comment. Its a pretty class mountain for a pitch, especially if your going with a mate, loads of spots. Great video bud.
