yo, what about ethernet internet places for those who need high speed ethernet internet?
All of the companies are around DC, because they need to be close to lobbying politicians. haha Followed you guys for the Miami content, but y'all seem like such genuine folk. Congrats so much on the move! <3
It's a dream of mine to live part time in Miami! I've been visiting Miami Beach a few weeks at a time for the last 8 years, and I've never explored Brickell before. Will be checking out your vlogs on the area to get ideas on where to visit. Your lifestyle is inspiring. <3
20sec in.. seeing the building under construction… yeah, I know why yall moving 🤣 that exact building just got a 21M$ home owner assessment. Thank God you rented that place.

Good content. Thank you.
Left back in 2001, and I never regretted it. I had to go last year for a family wedding and I felt like I couldn't breathe. Overcrowded, horrible traffic and mean people.
good luck raking up all those leaves
❤
Congrats and best of luck to you both! I lived in Miami for one year and this was back in 2011 and honestly although I love it there, I can’t live there; the traffic itself is a big NO for me but as you mentioned the job market, I’m in a complete different field than you are, I’m in education, if I were to move there I would have to be willing to take a 35K+ pay cut which I am not willing to do so I’ll continue to live in expensive NJ and visit Miami whenever I can! 😊
Best of luck with the move ❤ Will miss you in Miami! Amazing video x
Thank you !! Definitely missing it a little already 💗
Probably what happened is that they found out that they where going to be paying alot more on the new lease and they couldn't afford it anymore. Looked around and couldn't find anything and decided to leave. Or he lost his job.
Licensed insurance agent here. And the cost of auto and home insurance in south Florida is just crazy!!! That alone would deter me from living there.
I used to spend a lot of time in Crandon Park right before I moved away to Vegas, where I still live now? But it was VERY unkempt at that time..things have really changed Over the years🩷 Thanx to these Vlogs, you guys do a really good job at it, like I feel like I'm litterally there already👌
Yes it’s very nice now 😊 love to hear it! Thanks for your support 🤍
The warm weather comes at a cost. Higher salaries up north but cold and dark all winter
Money is tight nowadays
I agree that the Plaza Apartments have an exceptional view. Paramount as well I saw on Sonja Arline page too. Best of luck to you both. Thanks for sharing.
Love it - "Winter" in Northern Va, really isn't winter.........!!! you have become pasteurized in Miami!!! In Miami, they wear winter coats in 60-degree weather!!!! Good luck in your new surroundings
Miami is overrated and there’s way too many followers
I was just about to say that looks like where I live in the Loudoun Ashburn area. Funny you guys move here and Im trying to move where you left bit yeah I was seeing how expensive it was in Miami and Northern VA you can have a lot more space
Hi from Orlando, FL I am new to your channel. I miss South Florida (Hollywood) the food, the people, beach, my friends. I’ve been in Orlando since 2009 and cannot wait to leave I HATE it. Also the pay here is ridiculous for healthcare workers. Fingers crossed 🤞🤞 I’ll be able to move next year.
Who cares? Lol
You’ll be back in Miami real soon. Everyone that leaves always comes back. Virginia what a boring place.
Devin is hot 🔥
OF ?
"Too expensive" is a relative term. Nothing is too expensive it's just more expensive than we want and many can't qualify to purchase here.
Hey, old man advice basically simple you work for your retirement that's what a lot of young people don't understand you need to save as much money as you can and for your retirement pension that's why being up in the New England area retirement pensions with companies are a lot better than they are in Florida and good luck to you smart move getting out of Florida it's dying here and that's from Floridian
Lived in Miami Beach for over 24 years, before the boom of brickell and the other “trendy” and the rest of the wannabe places. Traffic sucks, there are a few decent restaurants, the kitchens alllll look the same in all the Apartments unless you go extremely high end or boutique. Brickell is mainly for instagram or for ppl just to say “ Yeah I live in brickell, “ kinda like tacky new money you know? So that’s awesome you guys got out ❤ best of luck up north !
Dolce and gabbana building I’m from miami those tacky buildings are a joke but I would use the city for airbnb business only 😂
Miss you guys already! Excited for your new chapter 💕
Miss you too already! We’ll have to come visit sometime 💗
Well, Where in No. Va are you?
Every city in the U.S. is expensive now. Move to WV or MS if you want a cheapy place.
Miami is not it!
Central Florida
Miami. Ugghh. Rude people trying to look richer than everyone else. 🤮
Looks beautiful in VA Enjoy your new home 💯
Miami is for the rich, no doubt. Brickell is not where real Miami residence live, it's quite newly constructed and only people who don't really know Miami live there. Most people live in the center of Miami where its is full of greenery and two story houses not apartments.
Where is that? People with houses and greenery live outside of the center.
@@lunallena5594 Do your research it's readily available on the internet, type houses in Miami. Miami was never a high rise apartment type of place, until recently in some areas, other areas high rise is prohibited.
So glad you did👏👏
He’s so cute!
I grew up in Miami. I will never ever move back! Maybe Fort Lauderdale, maybe.
please stay in Miami, we have enough of south americans running around this country !
You moved to a better spot in my opinion less people cleaner etc
My question is Are you worth going out with Let me know
I want to move too but my property went over 1m and I paid 100ks and is payoff since day one leaving here for me is cheap
That’s crazy you guys moved down the road from me 😮 NOVA is beautiful tho can’t complain
I wish i could move the hell out of Florida 🙄 20 years and ready to get out! Hopefully, one day soon!
It took me 20 years to move out of Miami but I have never looked back. I love the food there but once you move you finally feel like you are actually living in the USA. 😊. Definitely much better jobs, salaries, traffic, home pricing etc…
What are you paying for your 2 bedroom, if you don’t mind me asking?
Ive been living in different areas of Miami Beach for the past 10 years and I want to move ASAP!!!!! I can’t wait. I’m looking forward to going more north and out of this traffic and all the people. I can’t stand it anymore 😮💨 I’m working 30 blocks from my house and yesterday my husband went to pick me up and it took us 2 hours to get home. TWO HOURS. It’s a hard no for me
Miami Beach is not where real Miami residence would live, It's full of hotels for tourists.
@ oh I know that. I’ve been here for 10+ years 😂😂 thanks for the advice. I’m moving soon up north because I foresee that there will be a lot of new construction around my area (Normandy Isles) and it will get worse with more cars and people living here.
50 bucks is not a deal at all for those groceries. That's the same as the states, if not more 😂. Costa Rica is a 3rd world country with 1st world prices. It's ridiculous
Good luck
