To put this in context, the reason album sucks is likely Lou Reed recorded his parts before there was ever music, if he didn't the music has no effect on Lou's delivery, because neither parts lend anything to each other. If someone say like Henry Rollins or Aaron Weiss in the spectrum of spoken world vocalists, were involved, they would have brought actual feeling to their words. Lou's delivery has no such feeling
