Yes sir, I just like the SA-200 because it's a classic.. that's pretty much it.. as you seen on the videos, it's chopped, and it looks good.. in terms of welding I have no favorite.. they all weld the same

Every weld has to be initial and also x-ray.. this is a way to avoid lawsuits against you or the company that hires us.. if something goes wrong, like a weld failure or, much worse, an explosion, there's documentation of who did what..

@chrisroccaforte3934 Good fact, man.. I think there is another way to check out welds with a (weld ultrasonic testing), but here in West TX, we don't see that.

I figured it out I think is that steel wheel caster that bolt stop when tighten it

@chrisroccaforte3934 Yes sir, I'm from West Texas.. In the pipeline, all the rods we use are 5p+, 4.0mm pipeliners, and 5.0mm pipeliners, and we are tested on 12" test with those rods.. out there on the job site, sometimes we use 7018 to repair equipment.. but other than that, that's all we used

Hey welder man. The place I worked at did compressor assemblies on skids. I did cylinder heads for the engines. They did hydro tests. You show this type of work and other guys show building fences. Not the same! But how do you keep the sand dust out of your welds? Hello from Texas

@chrisroccaforte3934 Well, this is why we use 5p+ for the beat and Pipeliners 8010 all the way.. this procedure allows you to weld with wind and dust.. however, the gas company won't allow you to weld if it is too windy because they don't want to be responsible for any repairs (bad welds)
