Would it be possible to make the servos run well without the servos driver? I'm struggling with making the servos move gently and by small steps with the RPi5, but can't make them work nicely. I tried moving them with an STM32F4 board, and they can move gently and nicely, so it's not the servos problem, but the RPi's.

I don't quite understand this ref voltage thing. If a certain drive says it accepts a voltage between 19V to 60V (6A), I can then use a 48V source without a problem... In the Drive I gave you, EXT 2160, I can use this value and if I make an adjustment in the electronics I can use up to 15A... In your case, you said that I have to use a Ref of 0.4V, wouldn't this have a very weak motor and almost no power in the Motor.... What is the relationship between the Ref voltage and the mechanical strength of the motor, if in the drive I gave you it says that I can use a voltage of 19-90V... it's quite confusing since the voltage you use is quite low.....
