    Everyone, I’m going to every cluster headaches platforms I can. I’ve suffered for over 25 years and I’ve researched it seems almost everything. I finally found the miracle herb. Yes an herb in every grocery store. Take CAYENNE PEPPER. Take crushed cayenne pepper about a teaspoon with water in a shot glass. It burns the tongue a bit, but 100% takes clusters away. Go get some now. It’s a miracle. Don’t think that this is crazy or not true. Go get it now. No more ambulances, crying on the floor, beating our heads. My clusters have almost killed me. Last year I got them for 11 months at 3-5 a day. It’s was unbelievable. Prednisone, sumatriptan shots no more. Tell everyone. You’re welcome. God bless!

    If you have Cluster Headaches or Migraine please investigate about Nasal Sprays Medications and Nasal Sprays Antialergics. Also try detoxing your body with Cilantro Tea and Coconut Oil "I add a little bit to my coffee" in the morning. This helped me 1,000% more then any other treatment. Thanks God!!!

    16 days into a cycle right now. It's hard to explain how bad they hurt to someone who has never had them. Going to bed seems to trigger mine within an hour. Last 45 minutes to 3 hrs and 2 or 3 a night. I can understand why they are called suicide headaches, but I'm not giving up, just wanting them to stop.

    I too suffer from these episodes however mines do not last for minutes they last for three days and I find myself taking my prescription meds followed by otc’s back to back and still no relief. They get so bad I feel like I might stroke out or have an aneurysm. I hate them so bad and migraines and cluster headaches is genetics in my family unfortunately. I’m going through an episode as we speak and they typically happen twice a month. I’m praying for a cure. They are so debilitating and depressing. Sending healing and comfort to all of us sufferers.

    I started having these when I was about 19, I'm about to turn 28 and I've been researching these things myself ever since..I've been paying as much attention as I can to my body when I have these attacks..I'm no scientist but I've pinpointed exactly where the pain comes from and that's exactly where the pain starts when you have a brain freeze..I accidentally discovered this, noticed the pain when I drank a glass of ice water and I thought I was having episodic migraines. Now I know this sounds crazy but when you notice a migraine coming on, feel your head go numb..I'm serious, as much as you can..you'll be amazed. It stopped the pain and the pain..I tried this because I've tried everything. Everything we do is basically external, cold, hot, it works but it doesn't work because it hurts inside you know?? I was given oxygen, yes it "might" help, microdosing with mushrooms "just eased" my pain, but all that just helps with headaches can't be good for you if you keep doing it.. the brain freeze was blocking it in there is trace..don't know what it is, but I really think doctors need to look into this. 👍 Please let me know if it helps you and tell your doctor if it does. We need a way to stop this pain guys..I know what you're going through-

    I am terrified still. I am in my second cycle of cluster headaches. I have had chronic migraines for 8 years and migraines since I was 14. This last cluster cycle is 3 months and going. I can have a cluster headache on my left side and a migraine on my right side at the same time.

  • @saratakala8628
    @saratakala8628 4 หลายเดือนก่อน

    Misdiagnosed for years as having migraine but I knew EXACTLY what I was having was cluster headache and I was so exhausted and felt so defeated 😪 every single morning the beast would jolt me out of bed at 5 am and I would be rocking back and forth with my head tucked between my knees for anywhere between 15 mins to hours and this cycle would repeat several times a day, for weeks to over a month. The crazy part is I noticed retrospectively I was having these cycles approximately 6 months to 8 months after giving birth. Ive had 3 children and like clockwork, these headaches came after in that time frame...those clusters were the worst so I'm thinking there has to be a hormonal component in my case as to what triggers them. I have been in remission for 15 years, since my son was 10 months old. So much more research needs to be done and more awareness needs to be brought to the medical community as I wasnt being heard by every doctor I saw and ultimately treated like a drug seeker. I wanted to blow my brains out. I missed so much work and couldn't care for my children. Im so grateful for this video and the commentary because it was such a lonely and exhausting and frustrating time. Everyone needs to share this video as much as possible to reach others...knowledge is power. Love and blessings to all! ❤❤❤

    Yes , I've used a hammer , and baseball bat on myself... Your explaining exactly what I feel during attacks. No words to describe tactics i have taken... humming a certain ohm has helped... I found if can keep from crying it helps "sometimes"... on other occasions i felt the crying and screaming helped push out the pressure.. I don't know anything physically I haven't tried. If i moved to the desert, I may not get them as they come in fall - winter... I lived in Arizona before, as a young woman and never got one there... but...they never started until I turned 50 years old. I am willing to move or do whatever i have to do to live Cluster free... I'm doing a parasite cleanse next week... Will see if it cures them too... Pin worm can enter the brain and cause mucus and swelling ... so we'll see... Yes, suicide was a thought, A BIG THOUGHT... I was actually afraid i would accidentally kill myself because I banged my head so hard... Luckily i haven't, yet.. Thank you, winter is is almost here... 😢

    Has any of you done a de-parasite cleanse? I spent some time with friends who use mushrooms for medicine, and i didn't get a cluster the winter i lived with them but didn't put 2 + 2 together. Thank God i found your videos... I've had clusters 10 years, and yes, I contemplated suicide on many occasions. I also thank God they only came in fall thru winter. I know if they were daily, i couldn't do it... Each year, i have dreaded winter ... I also thank God for you all because no one knows how it feels except us. I have had as many as 10 per day thru the night, couldn't hold a regular job. I thank God again i have been self-employed for 35 years. I am an energy healer myself. Massage Therapist. . I’m in the middle of a spell and just received my cluster o2 kit that he uses in the video. I use two tanks both with 25 lpm regulators and a Y fitting to connect them to the mask. It has made a huge difference. Had always used a 15 lpm with an Amazon rebreather mask but this spell it has been taking almost an entire bottle to abort. Most still lasting 45 minutes to an hour. A 40 lpm on Amazon is 138$, 2 25’s and the cluster o2 kit will cost less than 100$. Keep fighting ❤
