How much paint did it take?
I never like their sides for some reason I just find them unattractive. But yours is clean.
I have a 95 F150 302 4 x 4 burgundy color. It’s a manual new motor new transmission new clutch new clutch and brake pedal assembly radiator master cylinder, rebuilt, core shocks, new sprains I love this truck obviously or I wouldn’t spend so much money
Have you ever pulled with the bbk I’m looking for just a little for pulling power pulling my boat I got a cold are and headers already I just have not put them on. Would the bbk be worth the extra 350 bucks!?
I’ve never pulled anything with my truck but I’d have to say I don’t see it add much note worthy torque. I went with BBK cause stock TBs are hard to find and mine needed rebuilt which Rock Auto offers that service, so I just went with the BBK. It did make for a snappier throttle response though. Springs on there are heavy duty so you gotta press the gas harder til they loosen up

Is this Manifold pressure or mass airflow? I was under the impression that changes, like your k&n and aftermarket throttle body would cause computer issues with manifold pressure
Why can’t I hear anything my movie playing on the unit ? I can see the movie just no audio any ideas why that is I have the parking wire grounded

I feel like it would cause too much attention when parked out in public. These OBS truck are too easy to break into.

Good thing you have the same truck and year I do, I know now it will fit for sure and how it will look in my truck
I love it!! I would recommend the 9” if you want the screen to fully tilt toward the driver instead of being flat and flush to the dash. But even flush to the dash it’s still 100% visible :)

I’ve got a 92 bronco with the 5.8 in it if I did this would I get a CEL for cutting the cats off
You only get the CEL if you are OBD2 or have an O2 sensor AFTER the cat.

@@obsnationhey man I had a question about the boss touchscreen radio you had installed in a previous video, how can I set up the usb for CarPlay?
There are 2 usb cables that come out the back of the head unit. 1 is for CarPlay / Android Auto and the other one is for music and videos on a usb stick. Just route the one you wanna use for car play to where ever you like, plug in your usb to lighting cable. Once you plug in your Apple phone the car play button on the screen will illuminate, click it and you’ll be in the car play screen :)

I think you can get them on newer OBS in junkyards. My 1995 Bronco came with it.
I have used accel products since the early 1980s my first-ever upgrade was on my custom 74 Dodge van everything from the ignition coil does the wires spark plugs caps everything zero issues never had problems with these products, don't know anything about MSD other than it being a lot more expensive

You have to get side exhaust to complete the look. It’s gonna look great
yeah i have a remanned MSD blaster for a modified 306 still waiting to be installed on my E-150 project.. and then a MSD billet and appropriate wires of course going to run E3s . of course it was then later i read some stuff about blasters.. wondering if having remanufactured addresses some issues. actually read how Accel coil is superior because of the metal body? When I had a Supercoupe I actually had a Screamin Demon.. only trouble with those Tbirds were the DIS was in a bad spot so its hard to say like how good that particular ignition coil is.
What k&n setup is that? I like the look. And still happy with the coil? Im fighting a no spark with spout in situation and its holding up my build. Im using pimpxshift and its not a fan of sine msd stuff, glad i foundvthat out after buying a new msd distributor i cant use anymore 😂
I think you have to go with a stock distributor for the ECU to register. I know those MSD units cause you to no longer be able to pull codes from the diagnostic port so there is some sort of loss of communication there and the pimpxs is going to be looking for the stock sensors and feedback for the most part.

I’ve had multiple issues with my electrical harness in my truck burning up and was also wondering if there is any way upgrading the coil pack, rotor, and cap could possibly burn anything up?
What harness are you referring to?
@@obsnation The main harness behind the dash, I had a problem from the blower motor which made my whole system fry then got that redone and fried again from a simple door jamb switch, which makes me worry about adding more voltage from the coil.
Coil voltage would just go to the spark plugs, it’s a one way trip from the coil to the cap. But as far as your harness issue, wires can only be fried by too much current flowing for the wire size like the wrong bulb watt size pulling too much current, like a headlight that is too much draw for the plug and melts it. Or you have a short somewhere in the circuit. I would be concerned why a fuse didn’t pop and allowed the wires to burn up
Clean your grounds. Replace your ground straps. Make sure you don't have corrosion of the fuse box etc.
Do the wires have to say they work for a 351 or can they be for any motor, just curious because all l've found are for 350, 383, 302, 454, etc.
